I have never had such a good experience with a car place, being someone who is pretty ignorant when it comes to car things. Had to exchange the battery after trying so hard to make sure we had the right one, but they were so kind and helpful it made the entire process so much better. Will be recommending them to anyone who’s looking!

The store is clean and a very good variety in stock. But their customer service from the one employee Frank is trash I will not be shopping here anymore

Fast service. Very friendly staff. Covid precautions are in place, and executed, in- full. If they don't have a part you need, they will check other locations for you.

Always have the part or what have that you need, the problem lies with getting help after the initial"Hi can I help you", I spent over an hour and a half looking thru part brochures, with only 1 salesman asking "Everything alright? " Then she just said I'll have someone help you with that" only to wait another 30 minutes for anyone to glance my way except for security reasons. (Newest Autozone that Id been to, yet the least helpful & the only time leaving the store without the parts I came for)

The best experience around town with great commercial service and great thanks to Jonathan who's always making my automobile business runs smoothly for having my parts ready to go.

Went in there for a short moment to get a head light bulb.seemed like only one person was working at the time.he moved swiftly to help and cash out everyone and also changed my head light bulb for me

I would give zero stars if I could. I called on a thursday to order a part that was supposed to be in on saturday. I called saturday to make sure the part came in, it was never ordered! I wasted two days waiting when I could’ve went elsewhere! Very unprofessional! I’ll never go there again!

This AutoZone has always provided competent, friendly service. Today's purchase experience, handled by a knowledgeable and motivated associate, makes this store my store of choice when purchasing auto parts and accessories.

Did not have a product, that they claim to sale. I went to several Auto zones and was very disappointed.

I learned alot in the past year.i love an try my best to take care of our customer's, we take pride in what we do an I am always willing to help.

Why I have to stand in line at parts service? Need to have one Associate at the register. Get what I need of the shelf and want to pay and leave.

I like Auto Zone, because if your
"Check Engine" Light is on, they'll plug in a device that tells them what the problem is. And give you the print out indicating the problem on paper.
It's free of charge. And you take it from there.

Whether I'm on the West Coast - where they gave me the wrong part, TWICE. Or I'm on the East Coast - the store manager was combative, refused to listen, interrupted and spoke over me - Auto Zone is the LAST auto part store I will go to for my automotive needs. O'Reilly's or Pep Boys, always.

I came to the store an Manny and Sean was great to me an their customer service was A+. It was 8.59 before closing an they open the door an took their time to help me get my truck working.keep up the great work guys!

Great service when they reach you, at times it gets busy and some people in line seem to jus waste time

Auto Zone is the worst place to work. Especially if you have a manager that is not train " Well they don, t train " and is a mean idiot with no knowledge of what a manager should be. I apologize to the customers for the time I worked there. I tried to help by giving some opinion on what is wrong but AZ don' t like that. They just want to sell you! But they don't help the employee si it can give you better service.
