AutoZone reviews
24Never had a problem with AutoZone the employees are professional courtesy and they do their best to help what you need for your vehicle
Convienet location but shelves are empty most of the time I go with boxes of new products up and down the Isles, makes for a frustrating visit
Sales person acted in a discriminatory biasis way wanted to do and diagnostic test he said he couldn't get in my car because of cova 19 understood that. Went to car to do it, couldnt find where to plug the machine, went back in store told him I couldn't figure it out. I Said "you only have to put your arm in. He said "company don't allow us to". But he didn't refuse to service the man without a mask. Came from behind the counter to help him. Disappointed in service.
My boss sends me there for parts for the business good service and friendly customer reps. Can't be beat
Always know exactly what I need and where to find it! I don’t think I’ve spent more than 4 minutes in a store. Easy in, easy out, always great service!
Knowledgeable staff and are 100% better than PEP BOYS AUTO ZONE IS MUCH BETTER THAN TIRED PEP BOYS WHO UP CHARGE U FOR THINGS U DONT NEED AND KIDS THAT DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DOIN!
Their customer service was horrible I don't think I will be using that store again.just rude and nasty for no reason.
My visit at the Auto zone on broad and pike was not a good one a elderly woman needed a windshield wiper and asked if a Rep.was able to install it, it never happened putting it mildly.
I like this Auto zone because they don't harass you like most of them do, so you can look around if you want. But if you need help they will help you find what you need.
It's crazy how over the years the counter people become your friends, shopping here is like hanging out with feinds.
Very experienced, knowledgeable and helpful people at the Autozone in Norristown (across from Montgomery County Courthouse). Highly recommended for assistance and advise.
It was really cold and they were short handed and the guy still helped me find and change out my wipers. Awesome start to my new year.
Not a good auto parts store if you don't know what you need. Staff is not knowledgeable and not friendly, professional, or helpful. Usually along wait and alot of angry customers in store
I received three different rack and pinion steering for a car and all three were defective I still had to pay my mechanic the management was not willing to help me I had to call customer service with resolve my problem
The staff did not paid attention to me and I felt I was lost in the store. In such kind of a store you need to have like 6 people and only 2 people are working when I was there and one was doing mistakes and the other employee is pissed off.
Helpful staff! They usually have what I need. Quick in and out.
Wish they would clean up the parking lot. The parking lot is always full of trash and LOTS of spilled vehicle fluids
I went to autozone today, because I needed to change my oil and also my cabin filter. I don't know what everyone else experience, but when I needed help I got it right away. Mr fox even came out to my car to make sure that some other filter didn't need changing, something I didn't know about. Mr fox also found me a discounted oil which is always a plus. The communication was great and I got everything I needed, thanks Mr fox / germiah.
Called yesterday for the availability of a CR1620 car key battery. Three times the sales associate asked me what the part# was & what was it for. I was eventually told that it was in stock and the price was also given to me. Went there this morning to find out that Auto Zone doesn't even stock that part! I don't expect sales associates to know anything about cars. I was one for 3 years, but when someone gives you the part# 3x and you say it's in stock when it's not is just a waste of my time!
I only go here in a pinch and even then avoid it when possible. The staff knows very little about cars and is unable to help a lot of the time. There are at least 4 cash registers and I've never seen more than 2 used even when the line is 10 people long. They are really aimed at people that need an air freshener or want to toss a larger exhaust tip on their car.
I went here last winter to replace my car battery on a very very cold day because my battery wasn't cutting it. The old one barely started my car so I ran in on my lunch break and got one, and they installed it for free in the freezing cold. Got back in time and was able to grab a hot and ready from Little Caesars down the street on the way back so I even got to eat within my hour break. Good guys here.
