Mike was so helpful. He came out and took a look at the things I needed to get fixed and then did everything right there in the cold and snow! So much better than Advanced Auto where they tried to sell me everything and told me to look up youtube videos of how to fix it. THANK YOU MIKE!

The Autozone on Washington Road between Dormont and Mt. Lebanon is outstanding. The employees are incredibly helpful and courteous. Really appreciate that Robert went above and beyond to replace my old battery. He had to deal with rusted bolts that made it anything but an easy, normal battery change. Not only did he clean the old terminals and lubricate the rusted parts, but gave me great advice on taking care of my old, back up car that sits in the garage. He also replaced my wiper blades and all of this cost me nothing. Am grateful for this kind of customer service from Autozone. Give Robert a raise-he's awesome. Thanks. George

I've had a few super pleasant experiences with this location. Just this past week they spent near an hour with us trouble-shooting my car's issue & ultimately replacing my battery. Very courteous & professional.

Clean, very helpful staff. Didn't try to upsell me or tell me to get something different from what I needed. Was able to trade my brakepads without the receipt since my info was already on file!

They didn't have the rear wiper I needed (apparently only stocked at dealership) and they were having slow system issues, but they did have the other items I came in for and the guy at the register was really friendly/ helpful.

The store manager is nothing more than a salesman who will prsistently and incessantly try to sell you anything that is on sale. As well, it's apparently against store policy to return unopened oil by looking up the sale electronically.

The employee was not helpful and seemed rushed when there were customers who came in after me and I was in line first. When I asked him to look at something outside on my car he was rude and considering the two other employees were to busy putting things away and not helping customers.

Very helpful staff and will help you with anything, they will add oil, washer fluid, change your battery, and change your wiper blades, I come here anytime I need something for my car and the also have quick shipping which is a bonusm
