Order a muffler twice and then waiting to pick it up they told me they didn't have it. I spend a lot of money in that store I'll try advance

Like all the stores i go to in bensalem, the store is great but the police on rt132 will ticket you in a heartbeat.

Best AutoZone in Philadelphia! The staff is always attentive and pleasant they always offer to help you find what you’re looking for and offer advise. They will even go out to the parking lot to diagnose a check engine light or test a battery and alternator and remove and replace the battery you purchase, or assist in installing light bulbs or wiper blades free of charge. The customer service at this location Is 1st class the staff is always professional and never seem to be bothered or interrupted when you ask for help with something even when the store is busy or close to closing time they always go above and beyond! Only thing I’d ask is that they stayed open later.

It's my toy store. I walk between the isles and pick up stuff randomly. Then I take toys home and play.

The manager Chris helped me with advice on changing my battery. We got a new one! Awesome service!

The manager Chris Herrick came to my house to jump my car since I had no help at the time and when I met him back at the store, he got me in and out with a new battery in less than 10 minutes!

Got a battery fast and easy, great young man sold it to us. However a woman sales associate had a slight attitude.

I recently purchased brake pads from these wiz's of the auto parts industry.they sold me a rear brakes box with front brakes in it and upon my return went out of there way to try and put the blame on me.

If you like people to try and intimidate you and become hostile with you when u ask them questions come here the manager is great at that I know autozone is not the ideal job for a man in his late 30s but hey don’t take it out on the customers

Very helpful staff, my wheel bearings were bad, I broke down near by on I-95. They sold me one and held another for me. Thank You!

I was with a friend she needed to purchase power steering fluid.
It is a difficult process because, her power steering pump is located at the bottom up her motor.
This makes for poor visibility and possibly burning from the other parts of the Engine.
He use a special funnel to complete the job. Also the was no charge for the service. We were completely satisfied with their safety concerns for us and the willingness to help women. Without the lack of car knowledge not charging a astronomical fee or rate. Thanks guys

Understaffed or over staffed and dont want to help i didnt rate it lower cause a few employees actually try to make up for the slack

They gave me the wrong wheel covers had to exchange them. Maybe next time I'll just go a different store
