18Supposed 24 hours, but closes two hours every day between 12 am to 2 am without notice. Clients come from far away thinking that it is open and they have to wait 2 hours, they reject you very abruptly for no reason when you try to enter to buy a item
I didint get the employee name but she was beautiful and very helpful in finding my light bulb for a tow truck
Worst customer service ever. I wouldn't send someone I hate here it's that bad. If you can get your parts somewhere I suggest you do.
They take for ever on the phone was waiting 35 min they they pick up and hung up then you go in the store and they be playing the hole time
I've had mixed feelings about this AutoZone but generally it's been pretty good experience when I visit there I'm going to say that they could use a little bit of work but for the most part I'm impressed it is a newer store was just recently built and they do have a pretty good staff in there and I've never really had that wait long in that particular store so is it good place
I walked in the store, people were very rude, only a few people in the store actually made mask covering their faces.all in all experience they didnt treat people fairly being white I was looked at and on purpose ignored, while spanish people were helped before me.not a white friendly store
Need help in the store because 1 person at the register while preforming 2 jobs meaning that they look up a customer parts to then ringing on register is not good. Especially while 3 to 4 store personnel are outside the store installing customer purchase parts, hello.
Gigi was really helpful today she went the extra mile and started my day off right thanks gigi from auto zone
I’m very impressed with the level of service I received today at AutoZone. I needed a battery and to my surprise AutoZone actually installs them. It was 90° outside and the truck was smoking hot from running all day. The service technician GiGi removed the old battery and she installed a new one. GiGi was great. AutoZone is lucky to have such a team player.
Yesterday, June 7th.around 11AM I walked in and there is a guy at the register, I know normally that first spot is only used as a register. At the time, all other employees had a customer, so, I stood there being the only one in the line, waiting for someone to become available. Another customer walks in and asks this first guy for something and the guy proceeds to take care of the customer so, I am standing there wondering what happened. My guess is that this first guy needs to be put on the spot in order to do some work as he seemed to have better things to do than call for the next customer in line. I"ll give three stars because the young lady on third terminal was wonderful.
Amir was so gentle, sweet and nice. He got me everything i needed and put my wind shield wipers on for me.
They never have everything I need in one location. I always have to make multiple trips. Major inconvenience
The customer service I experienced there was excellent. They went above and beyond going out of their way to travel to another store location to pick up an item that wasn't in their store. As well as calling me later to make sure it was definately the correct item that I needed after it was installed in my car.
Often these days people just want to get you in out. I had a lot of questions about multiple vehicles, one being vintage and Gigi found everything I needed. Definitely someone that should be considered for upper management. Thank you!

A saleswoman had no an idea what can be a rooftop cargo carrier. She looked it in autoparts pages by a car model and an year of made. Where they finding "specialist" like this? I left without any qualified assistance.

Do they even check to see if the people the hire have any knowledge or experience with cars? Never get right info from the employees and cant tell you how.many times ive been told to get the wrong things for my cars from every location ive dealt with only go here if i have to or need something basic for my car
