Chris Frazee was so helpful. My husband and I broke down right in front of the store. Chris tested our battery and assured us it was fully charged. After seeing our confusion and frustration he looked closer and pointed out a part that may need changed. He helped us change it and we were good to go. I’m so happy I know I can come here and get good advice and help!

I was waited on by a man named Christian T. He went above and beyond to assist me with my van issue. He was kind and compassionate. Ive recently bury my father in Az and am in Pa at this time to bury my brother. He was like a angel. With so much sadness the past month, it was so nice to experience the kindness he showed. He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done, then actually did it himself. Thank you so very much.

They don't stock the replacement part I needed so I had to pay more even though I didn't need the extra components.

This place is good, employees are knowledgeable, they have good parts, and there prices are sometimes lower than other part stores.

Been a customer for more than 20 years. There is need for improvement in the inventory listings. Frustration at getting the wrong part twice. It was finally resolved. Vincent was very helpful and patient in this situation and I, will continue to come here for my needs.

Love the people that work there super helpful anytime I need them they dont play guessing games they know what there aking about when it comes to vehicles! Love it! Awesome service and great selection of parts at competitive prices. They went above and beyond in the instillation of my car battery I believe the manager Mike was the one who installed it and leads by example. Courteous, friendly and not afraid to help.
