Person doing return very rude. We are customers are not professionals. Some how the cashier is trying to figure out how I order and installed the wrong part. Just kept saying. I dont know how you did that, just made me feel even worse. He did do the return, But had to listen to him so shocked that I made a mistake.

I’ve been going to autozone well over 15 years and it’s always been 1 line next in line please right wrong today a guy makes his own line while everyone else is waiting so I ask the kid there are there 2 lines his answer apparently yes instead he should of said sir the line is over there next in line please all while the manager is watching in which he was ok with all this please autozone staff manager teach these kids how to treat people and paying customers and know the rules that are applied by autozone.

They went above and beyond to help me with my car. My car wouldn't start and I had no idea how I was getting back home to va but they saved the day with a simple part I needed and helped me to fix the car and get it started. Now I'm almost home safely!

Cashier made a mistake on the register, charged my card 42 dollars… then wouldn’t let me leave with the merchandise, because he said the computer glitches and my money will be returned to me at some point, manager was the least bit helpful, very rude and had no
Idea as to how to fix the situation. Will not go there anymore.

Happy with the service and I'm also happy with the price incl.my discounts for parts I needed in order to fix my car! Not the mention, the parts were in stock too! Def.helps A LOT when things go smoothly and work out in your favor. Such convenience:) well rated thanks staff.

The Easton PA Autozone customer service is excellent. I bought a new battery and the offered to change the battery. They are friendly, kind and very helpful. Quite a pleasant experience. Love it.

Found I needed a new battery today. The clerk helped me pick out the one that I needed (Duralast Gold). Mason did an excellent job with the installation. He was both friendly, and efficient. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He mentioned how much he liked his job which was easily seen by how he interacts with customers. An overall pleasant experience.

Very helpful employees. We were helped with a battery, diagnostics.
We Charged our battery, which we thought was no longer functional, and appeared to work great.
Received diagnostic code report.
I was really happy with this AutoZone.

Car battery went bad on my girlfriends SUV, so I went to this location for a replacement since it was under warranty. The manager told me that I was given a replacement already back in 2019 so I couldn’t get a new battery… But the battery was purchased in 2021? ! And the SUV was purchased in 2021? ! So how is this possible.

Thank the Lord for the AutoZone in Phillipsburg NJ! They were able to replace the battery without any problems. Easton’s staff and the manager needs better training

Young man working there seemed uninterested in serving me. Got home to install and was given wrong part. He did not ask me which 2016 Accord I have. And I did not know there was a difference.

I stopped buying their inferior Duralast parts several years ago after too many failures.

When I needed a battery for my trolling motor, I figured it wasn't very critical and if it didn't last very long, it would at least get me through a couple seasons.

I almost returned it immediately as it never took a full charge, but it ran the motor and I procrastinated thinking it just wouldn't last as long.

Well after about half a dozen usages it exploded in my garage. It was on a brand new auto zone trickle charger and turned into a bomb in my garage.

I should have taken it back 8mmediately but waited until I got baking soda to neutralize the acid. By the time I got it to the store it was 2 weeks beyond its 1 year warranty, and I was told I could kick rocks.

I wouldn't buy anything more critical than a air freshener from this place going forward.
