Nederman S - the Parts Sales Manager at this store is a super hero! I took my girl bowling at the Jordan Lanes across the street from this Autozone location and when we went to leave the car would not start. We went to Autozone and I knew it was a long-shot but I asked if there was anyway I could buy a battery and someone could come across the street and install it for me. Nederman said no problem and rang me up and headed over to help me install the battery. Unfortunately due to store policy he had to walk to my car, I wasn't allowed to give him a ride but he was an absolute champ and walked over, popped the new battery in and my car started right up. This saved me the cost of a tow 110%. I hope that a general manager at this store sees this review, this dude is a rare find in terms of quality, honest employees and deserves recognition. Thank you Nederman and everyone at the store for the friendly, above and beyond service. You guys rock!

Amazing service. When arriving store was full and packed no one asked if I needed any help. Multiple employees working putting away products but a Female worker walked up to me and asked if she could help me. She was the sweetest in assisting me with wiper blades for my Honda as well as looking up battery pricing. Destiny was the most helpful person and very respectful when speaking. Other employees were very loud and we had a hard time speaking but overall this was a great experience.

I had a problem with my battery and asked the guy if he could check my battery but he said to wait so his manager comes back, I waited over fifteen minutes but he didn't seem to care and was chatting on his phone or something. I think he didn't want to check my battery, I had purchased the battery from autozone and will never go back.

Berto was very helpful and knowledgeable when helping to change a battery and does his job extremely well.

Birto waited on us and did a superb job. Installed our windshield wiper blades and checked our battery. Very helpful and courteous will shop here again. Thanks

This autozone was the most professional autozone I’ve been to you should be proud to employ Berto and Dario and Chris they went above and beyond to make sure that everything I needed was done in a timely fashion and all three deserve a raise

Our car wouldn't start and we were lucky enough to be near the autozone on MacArthur rd. Dario A.is the name of the manager that helped us and he was incredibly helpful and kind during this stressful situation. He walked with us to where our car was and changed the battery. Truly saved us from a big headache of having to deal with road side assistance. Great customer service, but most of all we appreciate the kindness.

I had to replace a drivers side mirror. I needed this odd tool to remove the door handle, so I could get the door panel off. I got lucky. This location had ONE, and just one. Cheaper than it would have been on Amazon.

Man i love this location! I came in to get some stands for my car so i can perform my own oil change and Berto approached me right away to assist me.i told him what i was trying to do and he walked me over to the stand and explain the difference between each one and showed me the best one to support my vehicle.after my purchase he then walked me out to my car to show me how to use the stands in under 5 minute! Saved so much of my time now i dont have to watch 1000 youtube videos! THANKS BERTO!

Dont you hate going into your local autozone and you ask them a question and they give you a blank stare. GO TO THIS LOCATION everyone here knows what there doing and what they are talking about i got assisted by Berto and i asked him question in regards to my car randomly shutting off and he made everything so clear and even took the time to walk out to my car and point some things out.thanks berto now i know so much more about my car that i didnt know before and now i know what some things mean and do! Awesome job somebody that makes sense! FINALLY

BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD AT A AUTOZONE! Highly recommend this location and highly recommend the employee BERTO.woke up this morning with a flat tire and went to this location for help to buy a jack. Berto assist me with the purchase and basically handled everything hisself. Berto continued to carry my heavy items out to my vehicle after that i love to see how knowledgeable Berto was with the items in his store i invested in a low quality jack at first that wasnt meant for my car Berto showed me how to use the item and continue to work on my tire until we had a bump in the road i bought the wrong item Berto then put all the item back that i ripped out the box lol and returned them then walked me through a higher quality jack and told me it would be the best and most stable item and HE WAS RIGHT! He continue to carry my new items out to my car then jacked it up his self and changed my tire! Berto is a life saver i was able to make it to work on time and now i know how to change a tire! THANKS BERTO!

BERTO BERTO BERTO! Such a sweet gentle man i came in to the store with 1000 questions in regard to my car and berto assist me with answering all my question! Now and day i feel like they just hire guys at autozone and teach them nothing! But it was so refreshing to speak to someone who knows what there doing and what they are talking about and was also telling me the same experiences he went through and point me in the right direction on how to fix it! Berto saved so much of my time thanks again oh and the manager was also awesome! Well spoken gentleman and also very knowledgeable

I called in looking for a battery for my 2008 bmw. The store manager Anthony Ortiz assisted me with the best customer service! They had the battery in stock and even offered to put it in for me. You don't see many people in retails go above and beyond to do their jobs anymore, so I was more than happy with his service and pleasantness!

Needed a new battery for my car but they didn't have that particular size in stock, so they sent me to another AutoZone about five miles away. At the time, I needed to use the restroom but they refused.

If a customer is coming in to spend $200 for a new battery, for God's sake allow them to use the facilities.

As an aside, found a 9mm? Shell casing in the parking lot. REALLY classy place!

So apparently the autozone website falsely advertises that every autozone in the USA checks alternators and starters because the one on airport road and Tilghman does not. So we called this location prior to arriving and they said yes they check the alternator. So I drove to my 3rd autozone location and when I arrived, I was told that they cannot check because they only have two people at the store. It probably would have been helpful to know that WHEN I CALLED. Thus, forcing me to go to a FOURTH location which could have been avoided if 1) autozone did not falsely advertise their services 2) if the employees would have mentioned that they could not do this on the phone 3) if they had been empathic enough to just help given my frustrating situation

Staff was more involved in their own conversations about lunch and girlfriends than talking to me. Everything I asked them to look up for me I was told they were out of stock/wouldnt fit. Upon looking it up myself and giving them the part number they had no trouble finding it. ALWAYS come prepared with the exact item info you will need, I don't suggest relying on staff

My experience tonight was much better than I had anticipated. Berto, one of the employees was busy but he still managed to come outside & check on me trying to install my own battery. It is dark and freezing outside so his help meant a lot. I also came here earlier today to get my battery tested and found the other employees to be very helpful, patient & kind. Highly recommend:)

The service was great. Came in around 7 pm with only two employees on shift. Berto was the employee that assisted us. He was polite, thorough, and genuinely trying to help us however he could. Great staff, great service, great experience.
