Average service, thought there was a free battery installation service and that wasn’t the case today. Not a big deal but was given tools to do it myself. Overpaid for a battery and was not given options but lucky was able to find the problem, replace the battery and got my car up and running again. Probably would give a 3.5/5

Professional and helpful…. I bought a new battery, and my car failed to start in the lot across the way. They loaned me a set of tools to get me back up and running in no time.

Associate John is very rude and ignorant. He shouldn't be in customer service what so ever. He makes your company look horrible.

I was in an emergency pinch with my vehicle today and I was welcomed with nothing but help and kindness with the manager Erica. I truly appreciate the customer service. Erica went well above and beyond with helping me and I just want to thank you with this 5 star review.

Just visited this store to replace my wiper blades and the staff was extremely helpful and polite. A gentleman who said his name was John L for “likable” offered to install the blades for me which I say was a “lifesaver”. I offered John L a tip in which he refused so the least I could do is leave him an excellent review. Thanks I will for sure recommend your store in the future!

I work for an auto repair shop so we constantly are ordering parts from here.they usually always offer delivery & their workers are great! And if it’s late & we can’t wait for a delivery, I’ll run over to get myself and all the workers in the store are always great too.overall, good place to do business with.

The manager at the Fairless hills store has changed his mannerisms in a positive light. I like the store and the vast in stock parts and products. Prices are compatible with auto parts stores in the area.

What can I say foreign AutoZone hands down when they're the better ones in the area of Fairless hills levittown Bristol Morrisville would recommend them to anybody in the area super nice super friendly. Willing to go overboard to give you a hand finding what you need or suggest something in the same category for what you're doing.

Rented fuel line disconnect tool set. Was exactly what I needed as Ford uses different sizes throughout the same vehicle. Right tool for the right job. Had the tool back to store in 20 minutes. Only complaint is that the return for your money takes too long. It is instant for the charge, about a week for the return back to your credit card. Wasn't my bank, it's AZ processing time that is the delay.

Purchased a new battery and needed it installed. Markus was very helpful. He had never installed one but watched as Chris got the job done. Both were friendly. Thanks for helping an out of state customer!

When you get the person behind the counter that knows your vehicles definitely one of the best stores to go to fair price even as car parts.com and RockAuto not for a price from them with quicker access

Terrible place. They let all the long time good workers go, and keep the poor workers. I used to go to the store because people like Rudy, Anthony, Steve and Ed all did a great job representing AutoZone and always went above and beyond! Now they are all gone. And the worker Rick needs to be told to watch his langauage coming out from behind the counter where he is at. I felt bad for the poor father in the store with young children listening while he is dropping the “f-bomb”! Unacceptable AutoZone!
Finally your manager.believe his name is Ray has no personality at all! Does not even want to help customers like previous managers!

Guy at the register "John" was miserable, didnt give any helpful advice, told me they didnt have a part the website said was in stock and offered 0 assistance in finding the part but the nice girl behind the counter found it perfectly

Parts availability is good. The guy at the counter needs lessons in dealing with the public or another job, far away from other people.

Litterally only tell you what the computer tells them. Then they repeat. So much for the commercial for losing your reciete.

I think you need to change the hours on your website three times in the last 9 days I have stopped on my way home from work to get a can of Fix-A-Flat I usually pass through the area around 8: 45-8: 50 unfortunately all three times the doors were locked and I was forced to go elsewhere
