Oil change time. They had the oil, and filter that I needed in stock. Nice people work there, helpful, and attentive. They even installed the wipers that I got for my truck.

Had a return on a part.one of the staff members was very rude and snobby asking me tons of questions loke.i was a dam convict.got mad that one of the employees there gave me a discount.i traveled 3000 miles not to be treated like that.you guys need to fire him and rehire new staff yall are terrible

I love AutoZone! Their prices aren't sky rocketing like all the other places! The Moxham AutoZone has well educated staff that will go the extra mile to find the best deal. Nicole and Shane were wonderful they knew the right questions to ask and knew exactly what I needed to purchase. They were extremely friendly and Nicole who waited on me, has amazing customer service skills. Shane and Nicole made me laugh and made my shopping experience so pleasant. I love AutoZone! Honestly the guys that work at Auto Zone have been absolutely wonderful they are always so helpful and kind. They arent suffocating while your trying to look.

The Autozone on Hickory Street in Johnstown goes above and beyond customer service. The staff treats each customer like family and cares about their cars as if they were their own. I am leaving for a work trip, and they helped me purchase fluids for my car and check battery. I know nothing about cars and they never make me feel stupid or that they are taking advantage of me. I highly recommend going there.

I visited your store on Hickory Street after visiting to other auto parts stores. I was welcomed by Troy (I believe his name is). He was able to get one part I needed and get the other from another store. This is sad after the other local Autozone told me no one in the area could get the parts till Tuesday. They told me to try across the street at your competitor. If it wasn’t for Troy and Tony Friday night my truck would still be broke and I would have ordered parts online. I glad some employees take there jobs seriously.
