2On Tuesday, September 12th, my car was overheating and I stopped at the Auto Zone on W. Broad St, Hazleton. Pablo assisted me and could not have been more helpful. Pablo spent over an hour with me trying to see what the problem was. He initially thought my car needed coolant, however, he noticed a belt was broke. Pablo tried putting a new belt on for me, but the correct size belt was not available. He was able to add a belt and temporary secure it so that I was able to drive home, which was 25 minutes a way. Pablo was very empathic to my situation, extremely patience and very caring. I would recommend Auto Zone and Pablo to anyone having a car problem or needing auto supplies.
Do not go here there are maybe 7 pot holes in the way in and out of the lot.if you hit at "1" I mean "1" mile an hour it's so deep you bottom out. Talk about creating business. Never go here, ever
