AutoZone Auto Parts reviews
7Called for price but told they couldn’t install it in my vehicle. I went to Advance and got the battery, installed!
Went to buy replacement heater fan module, was in stock at reasonable price. Staff is helpful and professional.
As soon as I walked into the store, a representative asked me if I needed any help, which was nice. Because sometimes you walk into a place and everyone ignores you and acts like they have better things to do, but not here. And they looked up my part, and they found when I needed and gave me options. High price, low price ones, and the part worked fine, thank you very much!
I recently visited Autozone Auto Parts to purchase engine oil, and while there were some positive aspects of my experience, a few shortcomings left me feeling unsatisfied.
The store offered a variety of oil options, which was great for those with gasoline engines. However, their selection of diesel engine oil was surprisingly limited. As a diesel vehicle owner, I found this lack of options frustrating and somewhat inconvenient, as I had to settle for a less-preferred brand.
On a positive note, the staff at Autozone Auto Parts were friendlier than those I've encountered at Advance Auto Parts. Their helpful attitude and willingness to assist customers were much appreciated. However, the store appeared to be understaffed, which led to slow service and longer wait times. This issue was particularly evident when several customers required assistance simultaneously.
Another area of concern was the credit card machine, which seemed to malfunction frequently. During my visit, I had to attempt my transaction multiple times before it finally went through. This technical issue not only slowed down the checkout process but also created a sense of frustration among customers waiting in line.
In conclusion, my experience at Autozone Auto Parts was a mixed bag. While the friendly staff was a definite plus, the limited diesel engine oil selection, understaffing, and malfunctioning credit card machine detracted from the overall experience. I hope that management will address these issues in the future to provide a more satisfying shopping experience for all customers. Until then, it might be worthwhile to explore other auto parts stores in the area, especially for those with specific needs or preferences.
I'm upgrading my rating as they've improved greatly since my original experience.
Wouldn't honor a lifetime warranty on an alternator that was no good straight out of the box, told me I couldn't get a new one and only give my money back, but didn't have my core to give me back either. Stay away from this store. -5 if I could
