AutoZone Auto Parts

This is the worst auto parts store I’ve ever been to in my life. I have worked in the auto industry for 20 years and experienced a lot of unintelligent people in my time, but no one takes ranks at quite the level of these people. I have had multiple bad experiences here since the previous commercial manager left, but this one Sunday 11/19 takes the cake. I have a commercial account and spend a ton of money here over the last few years. I went in to buy a part and had to look it up myself and provide the part number since the counterman had no clue what I was asking for (a basic cooling fan switch for reference.) After I provided the part number, I said I had a commercial account. I was told it was Sunday and commercial isn’t open Sunday, so I had to either pay full price or come back the next day. I then asked if they at least match advance autos price right up the street which was only a difference of $7 on a $50 part. He again refused. If I wasn’t in a hurry to get a car done for a customer, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I will however never shop here again. The employees are rude and unprofessional. Every time I'm in the store they either ignore you or are having personal calls on their cell phones and refuse to help until they feel like it.

Went there to have a key made after that car would not start. Thanks to all the staff there at auto zone we were able to make a new key. Everyone was very kind. Thanks to a stranger he told us to put the transponder next to the key and it worked. We all learned something that day.

My truck was struggling to start/wouldnt start. Al tested everything and even installed both new batteries for me. Then did more diagnostic testing. Many people would have just sold me the parts and sent me on my way. Want to say how appreciative I am that Al went above expectations and made sure I was taken care of. Thanks

We went and visited store 6755 in trevose for an exchange of a starter al was very fast efficient and helpful after visiting 2 prior stores today thank you al!

I went to store 6755 on street road and had the best customer service I have experienced at any auto parts store! My key fob battery died and I had no idea how to even get it open to change it. I was over an hour away from home and had my kids with me. Jaun opened it up for me and directed me to the correct battery to purchase as well as installed it for me. He was so kind and helpful. AutoZone is lucky to have such a great employee!

Herman was a big help today, my sisters car needed a new battery, he was friendly and courteous.

Needed spark plugs for my f150 3.5, auto zone around the corner from me on had 2 available, but told me street rd had plenty available, so I drove there and got, well worth the time. Again street rd autozone comes through, rotors and pads for the wife's suv in stock. Walked in on Sunday morning asking for the best pads and rotors for my f150 front and rear, they were available, not surprising, well stocked. Very happy.

Was in line for less then 2 min. Helpful friendly people behind the counter very satisfied

I was recently in search of a specific and small fuse and was unable to find it anywhere, until I hit up AutoZone and they're selection had everything. Great store with friendly staff.
