8The technician I got helped me did a great job & successfully helped me diagnose my issue.
This place went above and beyond for me. Went in on a dark Saturday night when my car battery died in the hospital parking lot. Wouldn’t start with a jump and needed to be replaced. They made some suggestions as to who might be able to change it with no luck.
Cody had come into the store and saved the day! He came out on a dark, cold, dreary night and replaced my battery. Very professional and courteous. Not one complaint about the cold or having to go out.
This place will have my business when I’m in town and need something for my car.
The 2 guys Cody and Brian was very helpful. They took the time to look up a part that you guys didn't have by just part numbers I had. Brain actually new about my jeep motor and the size bolts I needed. They need a raise

Family and I traveled from OH to Delaware for vacation to back home and our vehicles died on the side of this auto store 5 1/2 hours from home. Kevin the store rep. Wanted to seem helpful however we later realized sabotaging. He intentionally looked over a alternator that could have been sent the next day and told my husband that he couldn't get one until Tuesday delivered. SMH. This was Saturday night. We ended up ordering one from O'Reily and they showed us the part being available for Kevin to order from this location. Shame on you Kevin.we had five children with us!
I hit a groundhog early this morning on 99 and a piece on the bottom of my car was dragging. I had two hours left on my trip and felt sad about the groundhog and worried about my car. I went into the store and explained my problem, and Brian came to my rescue. He removed the piece so I can take it to my mechanic for repair at no charge. Such a relief. What a kind person! Thank you, Brian

I called down and ordered a part on 1/16/2023 and was to be in at 5pm.so I work second and went down on 1/17/2023 at 10am.they never ordered the part, so I wasted an hour round trip drive time plus the cheap gas now a days. Got home and ordered the part off Rock Auto plus it was cheaper!
