I really enjoy AutoZone because you to pick anything you want for your car and you'll get accessories to add to your car I mean they have nice prices and I go there often I like to Discount and their savings you can get when you make five purchases I really enjoy going to AutoZone matter fact I have to go get some windshield wipers tomorrow just two blades but it's important to have it's raining today

The friendly Staff does not mind assisting you with your needs. We came in to get a battery charged, the staff was very Efficient and Courteous. We came back one hour later to retrieve the battery to friendly Setvice. Clean well stocked store

Undoubtably the worst black experience I've had they need to shut their store down they unprofessional unknowledgeable, ignorant and physically challenging when they don't know something.

These 3 star and higher reviews have to be employee's and their friends, I called the ridge avenue store they said It shows the hub has 1 In stock If It were 20 I'd have just drove there and got my part.when I wasn't hung up on after I called 20 times, I was placed on hold for over an hour then hung up on again. 4 times I was put on hold only to have my call terminated. I didn't want to take a chance and drive 10 miles to be told that part was't In stock, Absolute worst customer service via the telephone since Bell Atlantic land lines.

Store appears to have a knowledgeable staff who know a little about repairing a car which is great, because of this reason you will have a better chance of getting the right part you need.

Conveniently their machine for the Check engine light was “down” aka they just don’t feel like going outside to do it for the customers autozone corporate really needs to get a handle on the unprofessional happenings I’m pretty sure autozone won’t let a store go without a key item

If you tell me that I must remove my hòod upon entry though it's windy, snowing and 22 ° F outside, it's a deal breaker. I'll take my business elsewhere. I am wise enough to recognize W. S.policies being engaged in certain communities.

I love the I had he has very good patience he made sure he got my light bulb in even tho it was hard but he kept working on it until he got it tell him thanks again

They treated my like family! I managers are so knowledgeable! I went in there for a battery and came out to over $300 worth of stuff, like fix-a-flat, flashlights, toolbox, etc! I'd highly recommend them.

Although that store didn't have the part I needed. They put it on hold for me at another location. Good service.
