Stop by 213 Chester pike to get a connector because that’s what I was told that I needed. Thanks to Corbin️ He greeted me soon as I came in and I told him what I was looking for and didn’t hesitate to just come outside to see what the problem was. Come to find out I didn’t need a connector it was only my bulb that blew. He saved me from spending money that I really didn’t have. Thank you for your phenomenal service and your awesome customer service. This store will be my forever go too.

I went to store number i forget hahaha he definitely told me the store number but it’s the one on chester pike glenolden next to all town pizza.andrew oliver was AMAZING! He not only helped me find the bulb i needed, cashed me out but he then came outside with me to my car and changed my third brake light right then and there! I appreciated it so much bc i am not great with cars.thanks again!

Excellent quick service needed a headlight and the gentleman replaced the bulb with no hesitation. I'll definitely go back to this location.

Came in to find a wrench set for my VW. I didn’t know what I needed and was hoping for some help but Ray the sales guy didn’t seem to want to help me. Customer service needs improvement.

Came here after the storm a few weeks ago. The power was out but they were still open. They were friendly enough and helped me find what I was looking for.

Because they had no power though, I had to leave and find an ATM and come back for my item. It would have been nice if that was posted on the door coming in. I only figured it out because I overheard someone else mention it.

I purchased window shield washing fluid and the young man who volunteered to put it in the resevior he left my hood latched but not all the way closed. I discovered it by accident when I was leaving a different location. I had been driving around with my hood open for a long time. Needless to say I will not go to this location for any reason.

First let me say I hardly ever give anybody a bad rating but this place deserves a - 15 Stars. I've been in there several times I can't tell you why I keep going back there but I never will again the manager is worse than the employees. They don't care what you're buying for how you're buying it just give me the money and get out fast after you find someone to wait on you and even at that you're doing them a big favor. And if you try to pay by charge card you get a huff and it look. Stay away from here let them go out of business

Turnover of employees is an issue. Finding someone who knows anything about cars is impossible. Without a computer, they are useless.

I've been going there on and off for years and I always had interesting experience there as far as customer service very helpful in and out.
