AutoZone Auto Parts reviews
13I had the worst experience with this auto zone. The staff is awful and rude. Chris and Carlos are both useless. We went to get a battery check and when my car wouldn't start Chris just walked in the store never offering to give a jump or anything. Then when I had someone come to give me a jump they stood there and watched and never offered to help seeing we were having trouble. He stood there smoking and watching. Very disappointed in this store
They're always quick to help & they install my wiper blades 4 me! I shop 4 all my aftermarket parts here!
My car had died while washing my car this evening and Sam took his time to make sure I was on the road safely. Stellar customer service. He deserves a raise!
Just went and purchased a brand new car battery. Tyrone helped me out and went above and beyond for me.
AutoZone usually has what I want but the prices seem a little higher than other auto parts stores
Never a dull moment! They're always stocked with the stuff that I need for my car, like mats, car wash and windshield wiper fluid. They also gave me a Free Diagnosis for my car. Oh, and the place was small, but clean on the inside.
Generally anything I need I can get here, at a very competitive price. The folks here know their stuff.
My husband uses Auto Zone for car and truck parts. He also orders parts online and picks them up at the store.
My favorite auto store always has cheapest prices in area. Usually has in stock parts, if not can be obtained within a day
Not too bad they were closing early and I felt rushed so I ended up buying the wrong thing but had no problems exchanging it 2 seconds later
Always an in and out trip when I need something, friendly staff that will come out to your car and guide you through what you're doing.
Went to get engine check light checked. Guy was nice. Printed report and even printed a picture of the part I needed for reference.
Service sucks. I deal with it because its close to my house an I do alot if work on cars. They make you feel your bothering them to ask for parts. Interaction with customers is poor.
