They came over and did nothing, they can't fix the septic's problem because they didn't had the part to repair.then they charged me $150 and left. I had to called their company to made another schedule. The second time they come over and charged me $150 and did nothing again

Highly recommend! Emergency call placed late afternoon, for clog, somewhere in septic. Tech arrived by 9 the next morning. Within a couple hours, tank pumped, clog cleared and issue resolved. After a full inspection of my 30 year old system, minor modifications and updates we re discussed and agreed upon. (Access cover riser and a few pipe extensions) Within 3 work days of original call, all work was completed, at agreed upon price. Fantastic service, all the way around. Very reasonable in their pricing. Family owned and operated business, and it certainly shows. Avalanche will be our "Go to" for ALL future septic needs. Thank you, all. Chuck helped us define an area for septic system on a property we loved - but it was a tough piece of property to get through a soil test! His expertise is the only reason we passed.

Avalanche Septic Services installed a new septic pump and riser at the end of July 2017. After 3 years, the pump failed and the septic tank overflowed. When another company pumped the tank in May 2021, they found the wiring for the pump was burnt, which likely caused the pump to fail. Charles, the owner of the company, refused to take any responsibility for the improper wiring. I asked him to have his people come out, at no charge to me, and fix it since they didn't do the wiring properly. He said no, and that he didn't work for free. He also told me that all septic pumps in the US are made in China and are Chinese junk, which is why they don't last long. If you need repairs done, save yourself money and aggravation and find a reputable company that stands by their work. Avalanche Septic Services is NOT the company you want to use.
