2 Avalon Place, I can’t begin to give you all of it thanks necessary.
The last two weeks have been exceptionally hard on my family with the passing of our grandfather Bon Hawthorne.
I will never be able to repay the love, kindness and compassion that your staff showed for myself and my grandfather.
Each and every employee deserves special recognition. There was no job too big or too small for them.
When I needed a cup of coffee and I couldn’t get it myself someone would bring it to me. I didn’t want to leave my grandfather side. You each make sure that he was comfortable and I was taking care of during the time of need.
I am so thankful that God brought Avalon place and it’s staff into our lives. You will never be forgotten.
Just remember God chose his toughest warriors for the jobs that you do. Your heart show it.

I am really tired of how the staff treats the patients. Leaving them on the toilet for 45 minutes or more after leaving them sit for an hour or more waiting to go to the bathroom. When a patient asks a question, they act as if it’s a bother. I bet they would not like their loved ones treated like that. If you don’t like what you do find something else. I work in healthcare and even if the girls in our office are having a bad day, you DO NOT TAKE IT OUT ON patients or the family. If it weren’t for them you wouldn’t have a job. They pay the bills.
