Communications with external staff is poor. Calls do not get returned.
Lot of turnover internally with office staff, which is also poorly communicated to external staff and patients.
Never felt appreciated by office staff or directors.

Friendly and helpful office staff and nurses. Efficiently run office. I've had very good work experiences and have been with the company for over 3 years.
