Found this place while in PA and it was a hit. Theres a great environment and the food is really good.

This seemed like a great place to have brunch on a Sunday before running errands. However after being seated and having our orders taken our food never came. We sat for a good 45 minutes before someone came over to check on us (not our waitress) & for them to let us know that order slips were lost in the kitchen. We then again gave our order (grilled cheese & the hash) and waited another 15 minutes before deciding to leave. Fortunately there were other restaurants in the area. I don’t think I would try this restaurant again first impressions are everything!

I was pleasantly surprised and didn’t know this gem existed! I love that you can order lunch and breakfast foods at the same time. The breakfast potatoes are excellent, I love the avocado toast and selection of protein options, the eggs Benedict is great, and just a very high end selection of healthy breakfast foods.

Friendly staff, good food but a bit overpriced for what you get. $3 for avocado and you get 2 tiny pieces? 1 piece of toast? Little chintzy.

The coffee was amazing and so was the food. If you are looking for a real treat, the crème brûlée waffle is incredible. I will probably order that each time I go. The service was a little slower, but the food was so good, we didn't mind at all.

Cute place, delicious food. I would give a five star if it wasnt for the fact that they tossed a boxed $19 creme brûlée waffle after no more than 20 mins of me leaving and could not offer a replacement. I work in the hospitality industry myself and our protocol is to hold a tray just in case a patron comes back, within an hour, 30 minutes at the very least. I guess you can’t expect that kind of courtesy just anywhere.

I've been here a few times over the years. I think today is my last. Food is fine. Nothing to bring me back. The place wants to be high end and cute but is getting run down a bit and needs a refresher. Service was meh. I kept having to ask for simple condiments that should be on a table. My main issue this time was cleanliness. There was mold in our water decanter. Several spots throughoutnthe bottle and floating in the water. And it looked like my friends teapot hadn't been cleaned out before they put her tea bag in. I brought the water mold to the waitresses attention. She didn't seemed to care or get what i was saying about it. No apology. We will be looking for a new brunch spot.

This was our first visit. Food was average at best. Over priced for the quality of food served. Service was pretty good.

For many years this has been our favorite family brunch spot. The service has gone so downhill over the last two years. Every single time we go in one item we order is unavailable. It used to be worth the higher price but is not any longer. Sadly I’m looking for a new family breakfast location

We went Friday for some breakfast. The prices are outrageous.two eggs are $10. If you want an omelet you have to pay extra for every thing you want in it.otherwise its just a scrambled egg I guess.

I ordered the $14 eggs benedict. One piece of bread with one piece of ham.came out cold.

Service was slow So I tried to be patient The waitress appeared to be very friendly and helpful The portions are small I asked for salt and pepper and had to ask again That quickly the waitress forgot No toast with your meal Rather odd! Asked for a 2nd cup of coffee waited 10 minutes Waitress said they were brewing a fresh pot I could have understood this if the restaurant was busy but it wasnt We had heard great things about this restaurant so we went to try it out I must say that we were highly disappointed Such a shame The place is very nicely decorated on the inside and has outside seating as well

Had brunch here twice- food is good but service is just “meh”. Understanding that times are tough for the restaurant business and there are staffing issues, but we were there 45 minutes before getting our appetizer. Our bill was incorrect both times dining here. Server was obviously overwhelmed. We enjoy the truffle fries, donuts, short rib hash… but space is very tight and noisy. It’s a toss up for going back or not.

Good was decent. Service was lack luster. I've worked in the service industry for 25 years. I may be entirely too critical. Just felt rushed through the meal.

I arrived at this establishment around 10: 45 am and I am writing this review at 11: 21am where I am leaving the restaurant due to terrible customer service. I was asked to seat myself (which was reasonable due to it being a Tuesday morning with not many people inside) and began to look at the menu, which looked appetizing. I sat and opened my laptop to begin to scroll through a few emails while waiting for a server to come greet me or at least take my beverage order. I sat patiently as I watched 3 servers circulate to 3 other tables (one of which the party arrived about 10 min after me) offering water, checking on the patrons, and even cleaning off empty tables. Not once was I greeted, asked to give them a few moments, or offered water as the table after me was. Needless to say I closed my laptop and proceeded to leave. As I walked to the exit, one server watched me and said nothing. Very clear to me that I will not return. If you were thinking about trying them out, I wholeheartedly suggest you not.

Very nice experience ate breakfast one morning. Pancakes were light and fluffy, coffee very good, service excellent. Menu varied. Locatedi in strip mall but nicevsetting and we ate outside.

Went here for brunch with some friends. The service was not that great. The place was packed! We ended up literally staying until they closed. The food was okay nothing special.

Awesome place for brunch with delicious dishes. It was a slow start when I arrived but our server Taylor was hustling already to bring these pieces of heaven to the table.
Never walk away without the apple cider donuts.

$6 microwaved bacon is the main reason for leaving a review. My husband and I chose Avenue for brunch and we were sorely disappointed. We waited impossibly long for someone to take our order, despite 6-8 servers just hanging around in the back. Overpriced, unseasoned food just for a trendy atmosphere. Do not recommend if you enjoy a good meal.

All 5 of these stars are for the food. It is clear that whoever is making the food cares a lot about the detail and the menu overall is full of home runs… especially the tacos even the salads are truly amazing and original. The service here is very bad, it feels like nobody cares and there doesn’t seem to be much management or direction.the food is good enough to make me come back again despite the bad service for what it’s worth. This place needs better promotion and service I mean they have alcohol.great part of town, beautiful inside if this was my place… some intelligent marketing and a proper manager would solve it all.

A friend and I decided to do brunch here one morning. The restaurant is super cute and trendy and somewhat of a hidden gem. I like to look up the menu before I visit, as well as pictures of food items on Instagram. Although the food looked very appealing, it was much the opposite. My friend ordered French toast with a side of bacon. The French toast was so sweet she could not finish it, and the bacon extremely greasy. I ordered the short rib dish which was very bland much to my surprise. I was very disappointed needless to say.
