Rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff was very polite and helpful. Salt water pool was excellent. Easy streaming option for TV - no app required! Would stay again! 10/10

The first time we stay here it was amazing back in May we went back a few weeks ago and we was a bit disappointed the bathroom was dirty all the border in floor and it was hair in the shower also toilet was dirty I had to clean it before use it

Rooms were clean but a little small for a king standard, but it was not tight. The staff were kind and helpful. The entire property was kept clean. The one thing that we didn't know was that they were under construction, but it didn't make a difference. We checked out when they resumed the work. Especially liked how you could cast to the TV for you smart device.it was nice to be able to watch Netflix and other steaming apps.

The hotel was okay, but the front desk was awful. We had a death in the family that necessitated us to leave early. My husband asked to check out but they went with the party line that you had to call Expedia since it was from them. Then they walked away and never checked him out as requested. We called Expedia and they said they had to discuss it with the hotel. The email form Expedia yesterday said this was refused.

Update: after the response below, we checked the credit card statement and can confirm we were only charged for 2 nights. I have updated the review to 3 stars because of this.

We've stayed here at least 4 times now and every time has been great. Our stay on Dec 28,2023 was the busiest I have ever seen the place. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the breakfast. Even though it was scheduled to last another hour, many items were gone, so there wasn't much selection. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are exceptionally well maintained and cleaned. Great location too.

Don't expect to get any rest here. They say 10pm-8am are the quiet hours and that they'll enforce it.that is a lie. If you're on business or expect to sleep in the hotel, go ANYWHERE else!

We have stayed here multiple times in the last few years. It is always a pleasant experience. When we arrived today Morgan greeted us and made us feel very welcome! Morgan was extremely kind and helpful.

I would’ve given more stars had our encounter with the manager been better. My daughters were up late on a Saturday night and they were dancing to the music that was playing on the tv program they were watching. They were being a little noisy but it was Friday night, it was only 12: 30 and they were having fun. The manager came and told me we had to quiet down then when he saw we had our service animal with us he got even ruder saying we were not allowed to have dogs on the 4th floor, even tho the room right next door had a dog we heard it barking, and we were on the 2nd floor to begin with the staff moved us after we rebooked the room to extend our stay. Then he started asking me if she was registered and what she was trained for. Something they’re not allowed to ask. My fiancé is a veteran and has epileptic seizures and our service animal is trained to deal with his issues. He was rude as soon as I opened the door and he was rude throughout the whole interaction and I was nothing but polite and cooperative.

My family and I had a great stay here. Everything was very clean, and rhe staff are constantly cleaning. The continental breakfast had a nice variety - more than I would expect - and the food service staff was very solicitous. There is fresh coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24 hours a day. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. The rooms are a little on the small side, and there are no closets - just hangers positioned on hooks on walls in the room. Staff was very helpful in providing recommendations for food and activities for our family. Definitely a place we will be returning to.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and an excellent breakfast. Plus coffee tea or hot cocoa 24 hours a day made fresh by the cup. I will be back.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. My boyfriend paid for one type of room and they gave him another.but the worst thing was that there were these insects. I took a photo of them. Finally, he called and they changed our room.but it was uncomfortable because we were already settled and we had to move everything, go to the front desk for the new key and return to the new room.

After a horrible experience in a nearby Hotel, this one was a piece of heaven, very friendly staff, bathroom are super clean, very comfortable rooms.the one with Farm views are fantastic, the sunrise in the morning is spectacular, the amenities include Gin and inside pool and continental breakfast, and complimentary coffee 24/7; overall four star are well deserved, fully recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone was so friendly. Made me feel like family. Great that there is a traffic light at the intersection. Makes getting out onto route 30 a lot safer. Thank you for a great experience.

The AC couldn't be adjusted to point up or down.it's directly in your face, very uncomfortable. They offered earbuds, we thought because we were on the main highway just to find out they were removing the sidewalk below our window with a jackhammer! The bugs they had signs posted at the front desk how it's the season, and they're harmless, but they were coming in our sealed window somewhere!

When we arrived, the front desk was friendly. The check in process was smooth and then we went to the room. We came across over 5 bugs that were next to and on our bed. We contacted the front desk and we were told it’s okay, it’s their mating season. They put up a sign in the front of the lobby informing customers of these “water bugs”. Now, when I was purchasing the room, there was no mention of the bugs. I have a fear of most bugs so seeing this in a space I was going to sleep in was terrifying. They offered us a different room which consisted of two queen beds when we paid for a king room. We took the offer since refunding wasn’t an option. This room was okay at first, but half of the lights didn’t work and the AC was broken. We didn’t want to bother asking for a room change since we were told no more rooms are available since they are sold out. Around midnight, the room got extremely hot so we contacted the front desk. They informed me that more rooms were available so we can move again. I was ready to pack up and leave but we gave the last room a chance. Surprisingly this one didn’t have many issues. I have never had so many problems within a one night stay, but we do not recommend this place.

Definitely ignore Google's 2 star rating. This hotel is very clean, very modern, and the service is excellent. Good "continental" breakfast options. Bathrooms are spacious. Rooms are a bit on the smaller size but loved the hard clean floors and lots of room to hang clothes - and include mini fridge. Great short stay!
