Avlos Greek Cuisine, Phoenixville PA

My husband and I held our wedding dinner here and had an amazing experience from start to finish! Nikoleta and Katerina are an absolutely amazing sister duo that made sure our event was perfection, from the delicious menu created specifically for our party, to the lovely location in our own private space at the front of the restaurant, to the impeccable staff and service employed at Avlos. Beyond 5 Stars, truly! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Wonderful food! Everything was fresh and delicious. Excellent customer service! I just moved to the area and this is my favorite place… def will be back!

Absolutely amazing experience. The people, the atmosphere and of course the food. This was one of my only legit Greek Restaurant adventures and wow I didn't know what I was missing. If you like lamb, don't miss getting it here!

I ordered the braised Lamb shanks,
I very specifically asked if they were made in house.
I was assured that they were.
After the first bite, I knew immediately that these "homemade" Lamb shanks were the "costco" brand, which I've occasionally bought in the past.
They have a very definite processed flavor to them that "homemade"
Lamb shanks just do not have.
I told the server that they were store bought processed Lamb shanks
(I've been cooking for 50 years, I know)
They refused to admit it and also refused to bring out some raw Lamb so I could see that they actually had raw Lamb shanks. I'm not going to the trouble to run to Phoenixville and spend $$$ for processed food.
Never again
Never again.

If you haven't had time to try this restaurant you need to stop what you're doing and make a reservation ASAP. Authentic Greek experience with Top Notch service

We had a 35-person private party that took up about half of the restaurant. The booking process was so easy and Katarina was great to work with! The staff the night of were all so helpful and the family-style menu and seating was perfect! All of the appetizers, entrees, and desserts were fantastic, and we even had food leftover to bring home. We had been there previously for dinner and we will definitely be back again soon!

Nice space, fantastic food and service. Had the lamb chops and lamb shank, which are excellent. Finished the evening with a coffee and baklava.

Delicious flavors. Your taste buds will be happy. Friendly service. Get gelato across the street when you’re done!
