Bought a beautiful, loaded 2013 Nissan Altima (low mileage, one owner) for my son. We were gun shy after having bought 2 lemons recently in our home state of VT. With flooding, and the rough winters, it’s one of the worst places to buy an older, reliable, used vehicle for a good price. Not only did the Altima drive smoothly the 500 miles back home with no issues, it hasn’t had any issues for a month. I was really impressed by the salesmen, the owner. The tire pressure light was on in the Altima, and it didn’t just need to be reset, they fixed it, and the light hasn’t come back on! Thanks very much for our AWESOME AUTO!

Great customer service when you are there then when there is a problem they make you seem like an inconvenience! I’m a female and I don’t know much about cars… I feel as though I was taken advantage of and sweet talked into buying a car that within a month the breaks and rotors were shot let alone they must have glued the right turn signal light because now it loose… I called multiple times before my warranty was expired and they never returned calls. I went in and set up an appointment and they had my car for 8hrs and only fixed the light bulb and NOTHING else! I suggest you throughly go over a car when purchasing from them and have them fix any problems before you leave the lot because they are lousy and make you feel like an inconvenience otherwise

We were told if we didn't miss any payments that at the end they would take 1000.00 off our bill. Well that never happened. They r a joke. Couple more payments and done with them. They better take the gps off when I pay my last payment and give me my tittle.they act all good until u have to call them. Get it in writing if they promise you something. Be careful!

Been meaning to make a review anyways bought an SUV from here and transmission and a ton of other things went out less than 2 months later. Definitely slapping they're own stickers on they're cars but then again they do buy them from jones junction wish i knew this prior never again.

I purchased my daughter's first car today. She absolutely LOVES it. I was helped by Maddy, Tim and Sherwin. Everyone was such a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be back when it's time to purchase my next daughter's car. Thank you for the AWESOME service.

This place is a joke had my van for a week and transmission went up, they fixed that now after they fixed that something else went up my coolant temp keeps getting high and and they keep giving the run around for that

Buyer Beware.check engine light came on a day after I purchased the vehicle. Bought a code reader specific to the vehicle ($60) so I could see for myself what was wrong with the vehicle, there were 8 error codes. Was basically told they will not fix anything unless theres a major engine failure within the first 90 days/3k miles. Also said if there was a major issue that you can not request a refund & must select another vehicle on their lot. I didn't bother contacting them. If you have a mechanic friend, you enjoy project cars, or you don't mind spending extra money to fix issues, you might be able to get somewhat of a deal here. If you are looking for something with no issues that will be reliable for years to come, you should probably buy somewhere else.

Purchased a 2008 Mazda. The back seat was covered in dog hair, barely a quarter tank of gas. Just be cautious when going here, unfortunately they do like to be sneaky and a bit lazy with their work. Other than that can’t complain.

Please do not purchase a vehicle here. Did not even make it home after purchasing a vehicle here. They agreed to have it looked over at a Volkswagen certified garage and if things were wrong, would pay for the repairs and the diagnostic fee as well (I have it in an e mail from the dealership) well a month later we are still without a vehicle and now they will not pay for anything, so not only are we needing to pay thousands of dollars in repairs for things that should have been addressed before they even sold the vehicle, we have to pay over $500 in diagnostic fees as well. They claim to be a family oriented business. This is false. This was my daughter’s first car buying experience and they totally took advantage of us.

Went there after applying online to look at two specific cars. Had an appointment at 10am with Ryan, to which he was late for. Found out when I got there that one of the cars I was there to look at was sold already, then the other car wasn’t even ready or on location yet. Why have cars on your website if they’re not available? Don’t make appointments with me and waste my time if you’re not going to be ready on your end.

Bought last two cars from here. I always dealt with Karen and Jay. Second vehicle had some issues at first. But they took car of it without hesitation or any worries on my part. Very customer oriented and seem to really care about their customers. If you’re looking for a vehicle give them a look you won’t be sorry.
