Aziz Animal Hospital, Elizabethtown PA

Took my cat here for an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in the next day! The front desk receptionist was VERY nice and kind to me and my cat. She honestly treated him like her own and was so gentle with him and caring. She also was there to answer the hundreds of questions I had and knew what she was talking about. The doctor was very professional and was able to diagnose and treat my cat! Very pleased with my visit today and now I don’t have to worry if they will treat my cat with respect and love. Thank you aziz animal hospital!

Front - Desk Staffers and Vet - Techs could be - a bit more attentive in communicating with each other from morning shift to evening shift (and to the doctor. - as well). Front - Desk Reception (in AM. - shift) was not.very pleasant with me on my first visit to animal hospital. Would think that - it is important for first impressions. During boarding - wrong name of animal was indicated on chart (on computer). Thus - I indicated to the evening shift person that morning shift personnel should be - working with attention to detail.
Doctor has great interactions with the pets - but has limited interaction with the pet owners.

Dr. Aziz is great! His staff is very friendly and helpful. Have been going there for several years and plan to continue. Thanks.

Staff is very friendly and I actually felt like they cared more about my dog than racking up a huge bill. Dr Aziz was amazing and answered all my questions and explained everything. Cannot believe it took us so long to come here!

Most caring doctor and staff. They have helped my family through the good and worst of times with our animals. Love these people.

Me and my pitter pup Sophie love Dr. Aziz. They always take such good care of my Sophie. She enjoys going to see them when its time for checkups and such. They are very welcoming and loving with such a happy and peaceful environment that makes my pitter pup feel at home when visiting the doc. We've only been going here for about half a year, but it's obvious that Dr. Aziz and his staff really care about your pets. We'll definitely keep coming back!

I rushed my dog there one Sunday as he was barely breathing. The vet was extremely RUDE! He said things like “he’s older that’s life” and 1 min after my baby passed he goes “so what are you doing with the body. ” Then not even 10 mins he tells me I’m going to have to leave the room cause he has another patient and finally. I wrapped my baby in a blanket and went to hand him to the vet and the Dr.goes just put him on the counter over there I’ll get a bag later. He literally didn’t touch my dog the whole time.
I will say the assistant was as sweet as ever.
I’ve visited many vets all over PA and this was the coldest I’ve ever seen a vet.

This was a last-minute, urgent appointment.and Aziz Animal Hospital had Saturday evening hours, and they were able to fit our sick dog on their schedule. They were kind, and knowledgeable, and we were also surprised at the reasonable fees, particularly on a weekend. I would recommend them highly!

Awesome care given to those old and young. Dr. A.is so kind and down to earth. All the techs are so caring and kind. So glad to have them close to home!

Dr. Aziz is a great veterinarian. Can say each and every time I go I feel more confident in my pets health. I'd highly recommend going here!

Dr Aziz is absolutely amazing. Super caring, super nice and loving guy. We were able to get in on a short notice for a visit and shots, with a 2 day notice because we just got the puppy. Wonderful staff, both of the girls there that night were great. They've got boarding, and are accommodating for large breeds as well! As a new presa canario owner it is extremely nice to know that they know, understand and can accommodate them! I highly recommend them.

I brought my 10 month old dog here to get fixed and the vet told me she was pregnant. He was very unprofessional about it and didn’t offer any other options for us. We were clearly upset too. He told us that he would see us in a couple weeks with puppies. So, we took her somewhere else for the surgery. Turns out she wasn’t pregnant. She was just coming off her heat cycle. The vet office that did the surgery was WAY MORE HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE WAS THAN THIS PLACE. Aziz is unreal.

I rescued a dog from a neglectful home. I was stressed and worried as he was in bad shape and I was not prepared but I knew I had to help him. I decided to take him here after seeing the good reviews. My dog was very nervous and the Dr.did nothing to try and make him feel at ease, didn’t talk to him or pet him once (not a huge deal but not what I was used to). The Dr. ’s attitude and demeanor is the main reason I will not return. He did not seem interested in helping me to the best of his ability. He barely asked me any questions and didn’t seem to really care about my answers. The lack of compassion and the way he told his female vet techs to do everything while he barely interacted with my dog did not sit right with me. I also asked him if they could help me trim his nails. He is over a yr old and had never had them cut. The Dr.told me that they looked ok and if I wanted them shorter to walk my dog on concrete and they would file down. That was not an option for me as my dog had spent the first year of his life indoors and was scared to go anywhere, let alone for long walks. My dog was in very bad shape. I knew this already. This is why I came to a vet. I wanted help for my dog and some peace of mind. I did not come to be patronized. He sometimes acted as if the condition of my dog’s health was the result of me just being uneducated, when I had only got him 4 days prior. This was not a good experience for me. I’m giving 2 stars only because the vet techs/staff were very nice.

Dr. Aziz is our personal vet for all three of our animals. Reasonably priced, excellent care and dedicated to animal welfare, he is the best vet in the area hands down.

Staff and the Dr are caring and helpful. I was on a limited budget with a sick dog and the Dr gave me options that didn't cost a fortune! Will definitely be using them again!

One of the nicest vets we've gone to. Aziz Animal Hospital absolutely cares about your pet's wellbeing first, your wellbeing second, and your money is the last thing they even worry about. Everyone who works there is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable, we'll never take our pets anywhere else.

They took us quickly, and compassionately. We had an emergency situation where our cat was poisoned, we're not sure if it was accidental or intentional she is an inside and outside cat. They're wonderful, and the cat lived!
