The lady at the front desk wasn’t very friendly and pointed out that she already told me about a product I picked out second. When you are working with customers, the last thing you do is point out their errors. Then she was very chilly when my card was declined (first time in 25 years) due to a deposit timing error which I quickly rectified with a quick call to the bank. By the time I left I got the feeling she really didn’t like me. Whyyyyy would I want to return to this place ever again after being treated this way? Sorry but I work with the public and I am always as friendly and helpful as possible to my customers.

Great selection of paper products. Lots of pretty party supplies for different occasions. A little pricey on some things.

I started ordering from B & G Paper company when I first opened my bakery. One of the best things about this company is that they allowed me to order items in small quantities, which allowed me to save a great deal financially. Our bakery is now approaching its 5th birthday. Currently, I am placing orders on a regular monthly basis; and, I am no longer ordering small quantities of items. I am ordering full cases of many products! I am thankful that this company offers this option. They are part of my success story. Their customer service has always been top-notched as well. In addition, I liked the fact that I place my orders online.and they are almost always sent out from their factory that day! While they are quick to ship, they are difficult to work with if you are unsatisfied with your product. If you need to return your product you will have to pay shipping to return it and pay shipping to have the correct product then resent to you. I would not advise using them. It is always hard to order online, since you can't see the product, so it is nice to know that the company makes returns easy. BE AWARE YOU WILL FOOT THE BILL IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN IT. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE SEEN THE EXACT PRODUCT IN PERSON BEFORE YOU ORDER. THEIR DISCRIBTIONS ARE LOUSEY AT BEST AND PICTURES ARE POOR AND RETURNS ARE A MISERY!

They have nice things, just a little pricey if you are looking for large quantites of cute items!

Very nice employees. They stock some items that I use for my business that I can't get locally.
