Babbling Brook Cottages, Dingmans Ferry PA

Babbling Brook is a fantastic getaway. Lamar is an amazing host with an amazing property. The cottages are absolutely perfect, and equipped with everything we needed. We can't wait to go again!

Perfect place to relax and unwind. Close to trails and falls. Very peaceful an pretty area. Also nice if you are bringing a dog with you. Lamar and Terri make you feel very welcome! We highly recommend Babbling Broo Cottages and can't wait to go back again!

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing, refreshing getaway. The grounds were beautiful and intimate, the cabin was a wonderful blend of original construction and modern conveniences. Lamar thought of every little detail to make us comfortable, from the decor to the welcome basket. We were close to hiking trails for every ability, spectacular falls, and some great restaurants in nearby Milford. We'll be back!

Beautiful place. Cottages are immaculate and so cozy. Decor is beautiful. Very peaceful quiet place. Highly recommend going there. Dog loved the zoomie zone.

The only issue with location was being close to a heavily traveled road. Everything else was wonderful. We enjoyed walking to the waterfall close to the property and relaxing in the wooded area.

One of our favorite unique places to stay. The cabins are rustic and comfortable. The location is excellent. And the customer service/friendliness of the host is second to none.

This is an excellent destination for anyone looking to enjoy a cabin stay with many trails and waterfalls to explore. The cabin was one of the best I have stayed in with attention to detail and comfort of the guest. The Pawnee is on site and very responsive and friendly with any questions you have.

We had a really great experience from time of booking to the morning we left. We were provided with a great amount of information prior to arrival and had all of our questions answered. Really close to great walking trails and waterfalls, and really cozy and comfortable for rainy days. They really thought of everything!

The cabins were so cozy, nice, and clean! The beds were really comfortable. Lamar and Terri were really friendly and they really paid attention to detail with decorating the cabins and providing things you'll need and may have forgotten. We had such a great time and will definitely be back! Babbling brook is magical!

Great place for Glamping+. If you are looking for some great outdoor time in the Poconos, but your significant other is not into the tent thing, then this is your place. Here at BBC you have access to full ameneties of a cabin and access to great hiking, biking and canoeing. I highly recommend this place.

I like a bit of seclusion, peace and serenity. I found it all at this hidden gem. Perfect place close to hiking, waterfalls, shopping and one of the best places to get pizza! I learned a bit of history of the Lenape Indians and about Dingman's wooden bridge. I enjoyed every minute and was with one of my best friends who enjoys nature and hiking and history. What a wonderful experience!

Lamar was a great host. The place is extremely well run and organized. Our whole experience was great.

Babbling Brooks Cottages is a gorgeous destination where you can really reconnect with nature and really immerse yourself in the moment as you are away from the rustle and bustle of the city. My wife and I stayed an entire week for our honeymoon and we will cherish all the incredible memories we have made during our time there. We will certainly be returning in the future and we look forward to it! Lamar, Terri and of course, their beautiful Great Dane Stella are an incredible group of hospitable hosts and have really done a incredible job elevating the entire property to new levels of comfort and relaxation. There’s not a moment where we didn’t have what we needed thanks to their diligent and extremely loving help. We eagerly await our next getaway and are already marking our calendars!

What an awesome getaway! Whether you just stay put and relax or enjoy local waterfalls, hiking and scenery, you are bound to want to return! The local town of Milford PA is charming with shops and restaurants to enjoy. The Babbling Brook Cottages are cozy, warm and totally stocked with all you need.including firewood! Owners Lamar and Terri are amazing and the perfect hosts. Be sure to meet Stella as well!

If you’re looking for a quiet, rustic and cozy weekend get away then this is the place you should be looking for. It’s off the beaten path nestled in an historic town surrounded by scenic waterfalls and easy to challenging hiking trails.
My wife, daughter our dog and myself stayed at the Bear Claw cabin for 2 nights. The cabin is a little on the small side due to it being built in 1936 but it was clean, well maintained and updated with todays modern conveniences. We enjoy campfires so we and took advantage of the fire pit on both nights. If your into star gazing it’s amazing at Babbling Brooks. We also had the pleasure of meeting Lamar one of the owners and he was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the rich history of his property. We look forward to returning to Babbling Brooks Cottages.
