They make you feel like family in minutes and will solve the issue for you if it is at all reasonable and humanly possible. Their selection is extensive, and I always find multiple frames I like. They can be busy because they are so good at what they do, so be patient until it's your turn. Then YOU will be the center of their attention. They will go to the ends of the earth to find eye wear that is right for you! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

They are SO accommodating! When my 2 year old son needed glasses I knew nothing as myself and my husband do not have glasses. They were super nice and answered all my questions! They even messaged me a few weeks and few months later to check in on him and how he was doing with his glasses! Top care! I drive an hour just to go here!

Had the absolute pleasure of with John. Purchased Oakley sunglasses from an online retailer, I won't mention the name, and was supposed to receive the glasses with prescription lenses. What was supposed to take roughly a week took a month and I received the Oakley's with normal lenses a week before I left for the beach. John meticulously discussed my options and after my approval for these lenses ordered locally, even giving me his cell phone number for further assistance. Lenses came in today and he custom cut them to fit before notifying me a day before his original ETA. In a world of conveniences his attention to detail and deliver on service for outweighed any price tag or ease of use from the internet. I would plead with anyone to stop in here before getting sucked in to a coupon code like I did!

The doctor that does the eye exams is very professional and knowledgeable. They also have great staff on hand to assist with any questions and a large variety of glasses.

I am a truck driver. My glasses are a necessity for me when driving. I broke my frames in half and was in desperate need of a new frame. No one could help me which resulted in my trying to glue the frames which made everything worse. I came across this place with little hope. However in less than an hour they made me new lenses on the spot and fitted them to a new frame. The staff is amazing and prices are great. I will definently come back here in the near future.

My glasses broke on a Saturday night & after calling mutiple others we came across Babineau Opticians. The owner stated they were not open on Sundays, but he was in doing some work and told us to come in. He took my broken frames and put my lenses into a new frame! We asked multiple other places if they were able to do this and they stated it could not be done. Thank you Babineau Opticians!

I've been using Babineau Opticians for 50 years and not only do they help me find the right glasses they help me maintain them. They are also great with specialty items. I love my snorkle mask. I can't imagine trusting my vision to anyone else!
