Bacio Italian Cucina reviews
7 The food is wonderful! Service is great. Food is cooked to order so be patient!
Jay is owner/ chef, very accomodating.
If you have not been, go, you will not be disappointed! Vegetarian options available.
We always go any night but Friday or Saturday, (all restaurants are busiest those nights so one has to be extra patient those nights)
There was only one waiter taking eat in orders as well as pick up so it takes a while to be served. He was pleasant through it all so that's a plus. The food was ok. It's also byob.
Bacio is a wonderful restaurant - whether you are omnivore, vegan or gluten free - Jay has you covered. Delicious and inventive cuisine! Highly recommend!
Bacio’s is always great! Not just for their food and service, but also for the “Pure Jerry” music performance in the parking lot that Sat. Maybe that’s why our dishes were $10 more for each meal than what was shown in the menu that night? That was a surprise. Not sure why this happened but nothing beats an Italian BYOB dinner!
I have my birthday party, whit 35 guests and be honest all all all my guests love love all yhe foods, bravo bravo
We were here for a birthday party. When we walked in no one acknowledged us at all. Half our party was seated, so we went over. I had a cake. The waiter came up, looked at me standing there holding a giant cake and basically ignored it. I took it back out to the car since there was nowhere to put it and they didn't offer to plate it or even put it in the kitchen. It's BYOB, but it was very hard to get regular drink service. The bread tasted day old, definitely not fresh. The menu states that you can get any of 4 sauces for an upcharge on any of the pastas listed. I requested one and was told that what I wanted sounded disgusting and the kitchen probably wouldn't do it. Another member of our party also requested an alternate sauce and was told the same thing. The food was lackluster at best. The service is what really brought my review down, though, not so much the food. There were 8 of us, we all had appetizers and main dishes, it's not like we were being cheap or anything. When you go out, you expect courtesy and a welcoming atmosphere. You don't expect to get told that what you would like to eat sounds disgusting, especially when it's listed right there on the menu! Also, and this is petty of me, I know, the antipasto plate said it would have olives and there wasn't a single olive to be found!
This is a neighborhood gem in Glenside. Authentic Italian BYOB that has a variety of specials also offered. A cozy house that plays great Italian dinner music and not too loud considering the relatively small layout. Sebastien is a very good server. Courteous, professional and not hovering. Always a great a meal whether we get pasta, chicken/veal or a fish special.
