Back Home Bagels Deli & Bake Shop, Schnecksville PA

First time stopping in, ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and picked up a dozen bagels. The sandwiches were AMAZING! The bagels were soft, the eggs cooked exactly as I requested, and the staff was great. Definitely going back, and would highly recommend to anyone.

Moving into the area from the Bronx, we felt desperate to find a good bagel place. Back Home Bagels does not disappoint! Delicious, fresh, and quick. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been coming here since the day they opened. Love everything here, bagels, sandwiches, coffee and the friendly staff.

Our new favorite bagel spot! The bagel sandwiches and the options available are truly fantastic - I keep going back to try new ones. When you get fresh bagels to take home and heat up they seem almost slightly undercooked, which means after you toast them they are the perfect crunchy yet soft bagel. Make sure you try their cream cheeses - the garlic and herb one tastes like pizza!

While awarding the title of the Best Bagel in the Lehigh Valley may be a bit premature (considering I've only been 3 times), they are certainly in the running. Give me some time living back in the valley and I might have a more definitive view.

Only feedback I'd give is 1) while they aren't slow, they aren't the quickest. I'd argue they need to do a better job prioritizing in-store orders vs.pick-up orders. And 2) that they are so tasty that they should hook-up with a delivery service to expand their reach and make it more convenient to customers in the West End. ;)

Super yummy, many delicious options and by the amount of foot traffic seen through that front door… it speaks for itself!

They have a wide variety of fresh bagel selections, sandwich options and they are also a deli with scrumptious Boars Head meats!

I ordered a ham, egg and cheese on a fresh out the oven onion bagel! You can get bacon, sausage, pork roll, ham or any other fresh sliced deli meats.

They usually have fun different specials going on. Example - they had a s’mores bagel and the cream cheese specialty was toasted marshmallow and graham!

Grab a menu when you get in, they have some coupons in the insert! We look forward to continuously coming back!

Call ahead if you would rather not wait as long. I don’t mind waiting ever, great run business!

Drive 30 minutes to Jersey if you're looking for real Bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Lots of people behind the counter and service is slower than molasses. I don't know if the folks out here have anywhere to be but don't come here if you're trying to go to work.

We thought we would try it out after a trail run at Trexler. It was mid day and I expected there may be some bagels they don't have. We gave the guy with the beard our order. I thought he was quite dismissive and rude the way he talked to us like we were a bother. I didn't see where the bagels where and when I asked for an everything he shouted they were out pick one from back there and pointed to them. I was like whatever, maybe having a bad day. I asked for a toasted bagel with a little butter. I got in the car the bagel wasn't even toasted and there had to be a whole stick of butter slapped on. I almost thought it was cream cheese. It was disgusting. Went home, scraped it all off and tried to toast and eat it. It was just sloppy. I would not go back.

Possibly the best bagel breakfast sandwich I’ve had. The everything bagel couldn’t have been cooked more perfect. My only regret is not picking up some more.

Bacon, egg and cheese was good. Would have like it toasted a bit more, but it was good. Coffee was good too.
Big negative is the nosie! Music is SO LOUD! Today, could even hear when they were calling the names. The place was packed so it's noisy to begin with, then add the blaring music. No thanks!

Best bagels I’ve ever had! The worker Chris is so friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend. The cream cheeses are delicious as well.

Egg sandwiches from this place are really good. They even have pork roll, which was great for me, coming form NH where it is non-existent.

Genuinely the best bagels I have ever had. I don't live in the area, but I would make the long distance drive just to have one of these bagels without any hesitation. I am not a morning person, but I wake up easily when I know I'm having a Back Home bagel for breakfast.

Amazing food I just wish that they would make it easier to either order online or over the phone. Don't feel like waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich.

The BEST bagels in the Valley. No other bagel shop compares. I drive 40 minutes round trip twice a week to get my breakfast sandwich. It’s worth the drive! Try it out.

The everything bagel is delicious got it with butter but the most expensive bagel I have ever had! A everything bagel with butter $3! That is crazy! My favorite bagel shop in jersey was $1.25!

Love the food! But you need a better system and customer service! I've been trying to call for more than an hour no response!

By far the best bagel place out there. It’s the first thing I look forward to when I am on breaks from school and was chosen as my last meal before I couldn't eat solid foods for a month (lol but I promise it’s that good). I tell all of my friends to come visit so I can bring them here. Staff is super friendly. The jalapeño cheddar bagel is to die for and the baked goods are phenomenal. Easily my favorite breakfast place.

I used to love their Cobb Salad. The last couple of times I ordered it, it has not been great. This time, two pieces of bacon, no croutons, half the meat it normally has. I ordered just turkey, but still not a value with the tip it was almost 15! Very disappointed. It has so much potential because ingredients are good, but I am left feeling sad and hungry.
