Been a patient for about 5 years and always treated as a valued patient. Checked in and was taken to the treatment room within 5 minutes. Beth, the dental assistant, asked if i had any problems or concerns before starting any work. She explained what work she would be doing and started it. After she was finished Dr. DeFinnis came in, greeted me, examined me and said all looked good. He thanked me for me patronage and left. Beth scheduled my next appointment and walked me to the door, thanking me for my business. Anybody can clean my teeth, but only people who care about their patients let you know how appreciated your business and your dental health is.

Went today as a new patient with severe pain, as my dentist is semi-retired. Back Mountain Dental now has a new patient- I received the best care and everyone was amazing!

The friendliness and warmth the staff conveys is so appreciated, I am not a fan of dental work but the kindness and helpfulness always puts me at ease, I know I am in the best hands and receiving the highest level of care and that comforts beyond words

I love this place everything is. Also they are thorough in cleaning Chit chat while cleaning. But most of all is there kindness. Compassion. This is far the best dentist I have ever been to Godless them all.

I’ve been going to Back Mountain Dental for almost 20 years. The people have always been great and their work has always been outstanding.

As someone who is deathly afraid of the dentist, I can honestly say this is the place to go. The compassion and understanding Dr Definnis shows is amazing. His staff is second to none, and always take the time to ease your anxiety and make you feel at ease.

Everyone was really friendly and everything was done on time by the staff and by the doctor. I love having a doctor that explains everything as he is doing it, helps me keep a peace of mind.

As someone who has an extreme phobia of the Dentist and if I'm being honest, the hygienists too, let me tell you this is THE place to go! They are patient, kind and gentle. They Understood my fear and explained everything to me. Dr. Mike was super kind and gentle, and Beth helped melt my fear away with her kindness and understanding. She Waited until I was good and numb before beginning my deep cleaning and I didn't feel a thing! I still have several dental procedures I need done but thanks to my first experience here I will never have to have that feeling of dread ever again. I cant thank you enough for your kindness, understanding and helping me to start to overcome my fear.

Dr Deffinnis he is a great Dentist and has a great staff I highly recommend him. My Wife and I would not go anywhere else. My Family also goes to him and are very happy.
