Bagels on the Corner, Bangor PA

Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a garlic bagel. It doesn't even taste like garlic. I taste plain. If I wanted plain I would have asked for it. Did not like my sandwich. It's not the same. Won't be back. Oh and one of the new owners was there and she didn't seem very friendly.

Last Saturday was my first time here & WOW, AMAZING! Everything is so fresh & they are fast. I will definitely be back this weekend

Food is good, but I'm getting tired of having to call 4 times or more before someone finally answers the call. And sometimes being put on hold for 15 minutes. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops just to order food.
UPDATE NEW OWNERSSHIP IS NO BETTER. Phone line always busy and they claim to be sold out before 10am everyday
Terribly ran buisness with no customer service skills and no inventory management skills.

New Owners are sourcing the bagels from a much better shop or they're making them on site, either way, MAJOR improvement on the bagels, thank God! The coffee though, is horrible, please do better there! Still need to work on efficiency for order taking/processing, but each time I've been in has been a little faster than the last. Staff in general, particularly the younger ones could be friendlier. Don't wait for your customer to greet you, and don't make eye contact without a smile or a hello, especially to someone who's waiting for their order to be taken.

Great service every time I visit. The food has always been good, but since the reopening, I can't help but feel it's even better. It can get crowded very quickly, so I recommend calling ahead.

Under new ownership this bagel spot is now 5 stars! As a NJ native I've craved a tooth sinking bite into a decent bagel. More than decent. These bagels taste like home. Nice chew and crust. I had the super cinnamon and drooled. I did do a PEC and not cream cheese during my visit but I will certainly be back!

Wide variety of fresh bagels and cream cheese options. Friendly folks, decent prices. Don't wait until closing time, as they seem to run out before end of day.

In general, I love the food at Bagels on the Corner! I haven’t gotten any lunch items, but their bagels are delicious. The one woman who is always there is so nice and welcoming!
The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because of their hours. I used to love going on a Sunday morning, but they are closed Sundays and Mondays now. I understand it’s due to lack of help, so I could never say a bad thing about Bagels on the Corner!

Best bagels, thank goodness. Can't say enough good things about the breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Their chicken Caesar wrap is delicious.

Is great sandwich and good sized bagels. Only disappointment was they were not open on a sunday morning

The breakfast sandwiches are good. I cannot, however, recommend lunch. This is the second time I've ordered lunch from there and the sandwich is just one layer of mozzarella, thin tomato slice and thin pepper. Basically all bread and not much else.

AWFUL customer service. Every time I try and place an order, I feel as though I'm bothering whoever is on the other end. I hang up every time the employee is rude and it's always the same woman.

Breakfast sandwiches are dynamite!
Called my order in ahead of time, had everything ready on time and nothing was left out. It was a large order it was nice to see it double checked. I highly recommend.

Went here twice during their stated business hours and both times they were closed. They also don’t answer their phone. Out of business?
