Bahia Bowls Chestnut Hill reviews
14I’m very disappointed with the service. The manager on duty was rude an was irritated that I walked in at 5: 40pm 12/14/23 and the store closes at 6pm. An I payed $12.74 for this. I have never received service like this before highly upset to see this when I finally got home.
The Pitaya bowl was made to perfection. So delicious. I ordered online. I was updated on the time it was ready to be picked it up. No wait. Will return
It took them more than 15 min to prepare a simple smoothie. The kids don’t take responsibility and got 3 orders confused.
This Acai cafe is off the chain! But when I received my second Acai bowl, it had less Acai in it! It wasn't filled up like they did it the first time! I honestly was kinda disappointed that I didn't get what I paid for! Here's an update on my review! AGAIN I didn't get what I paid for! Some stupid kid behind the counter really pissed me off this time. He refunded me for my first order when it was totally unnecessary of him to do so! I could have paid for the damn protein bites in cash instead of him refunding me on my debit card! He ended up re ringing me up for my first order and I paid for the protein bites in cash and the bowl that I ordered WASN'T FILLED UP! It's supposed to be a little bit of granola on the bottom and more filling in the middle but it wasn't that at all! I'm fricking livid at this point!
OMG! I’m not generally a healthy food eater. My daughter wanted a smoothie so I begrudgingly joined her at this spot for in Chestnut Hill while we waited for an appointment. She ordered a papaya bowl and I ordered the smallest Açaí bowl they offered because I was starving and didn’t want to waste it. After the first bite, I was hooked. I just kept going in for more and more and more until I regretted my decision of ordering a small. The two days following I went back and ordered my Açaí bowl fix. I guess it might be a good idea to try some other menu options. I’ll be there tomorrow for another bowl. Run, don’t walk!
I love their chicken Caesar wrap and s’mores smoothie. I’ve been countless time the past 2 months. My only complaint is that the wait times can be considerably long. I know they make their food fresh, which adds a wait time. I waited 30 mins for a small smoothie, which is not ideal for lunch breaks. All in all I recommend this spot if you have time to kill. I do think the wait is worth it.
I placed a large order for catering at Bahia, and I cannot say enough wonderful words! Everyone was thoughtful, concerned about what I wanted, and deliver an impeccable quality product. Not to mention the bowls were amazing! 5/5 recommend!
10% smoothie, literally 1/2 inch layer of smoothie.the rest was chopped fruit and WAYYY too much granola. Super dry!
Saw plenty of pic of açaí bowls online so I’ve been looking for a cafe that made then. It was my first time trying them and they were amazing. I ordered the large açaí bowl and my wife got a medium size and I also got a Manga Tango smoothie. I’ll be back tomorrow for lunch to give another bowl a try.
Some of the BEST homemade smoothies with some of the freshest ingredients! All the fruits and veggies that are used are fresh from a produce market/farm! Also love their app where you can place an order and get points for it!
This place is awesome if you want smoothies. But if you are looking for something fresh, I can’t recommend this place. The bowl was frozen throughout most of the meal, making it difficult to enjoy.
Food was okay. When I ordered a acai bowl it was very icy. My smoothie was very liquidy as well. Hoping to see an improvement the next time I come back. Staff is alright at managing too.
The smoothie was fine. Even though I was the only customer in the store at the time, it took a very long time to get waited on. The young lady explained that she was talking to her boss on the phone, but I would think that if she let her boss know that a customer has been waiting, the boss would understand. Service was extremely slow. Just on service alone I wouldn't recommend it. Employees need more customer service training.
