Every aspect of the purchasing process was well organized and proceeded with a flawless and relaxed manner. The sales manager also took the time that's necessary to explain how to work all of the high tech features, which is certainly invaluable when considering your next vehicle purchase.
Collision department-The customer service was very bad, they cared more about their own business than rectifying the issue at hand and did more damage to the truck that I took to them to be fixed rather than just fixing the truck correctly. It's been two months and we now have to jump through hoops to get this done. Didn't allow me to post without a star but I would rate this place a 0 overall
I never mind the 40 minute drive. The staff is friendly
and prompt. I will be buying from them again.
My wife brought in her 2014 ATS to get the yearly state inspection done. The service dept told her it would be close to $300 to replace the right front headlight BULB (halogen, not LED or Xenon). After buying a $30 replacement bulb and watching a 7 minute youtube video, it took me less than 30 minutes to do it myself. She was also told at the last inspection (over a year ago) that the radiator was leaking and would cost hundreds of dollars to repair. I did a leak test and did not find any leak, and its been running fine for the past year. This service department will try to rip you off, buyer beware!

The woman working the Service Desk was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and could process information in the computer extremely quickly. She called with an update and was able to answer all my questions.

I purchased my ATS at another Cadillac dealer, but took it to Baierl for routine service due to their proximity to my office. And I'll be back - because their staff made the visit so pleasant. Kudos to Regina and Leanne in the Service Dept (and the gentleman who shuttled me to my office while they serviced my car). I'm sure that they were busy, but they didn't show it; instead they took their time to answer my questions, and made me feel like I was their favorite customer.
Could not be happier with the process of leasing a new Cadillac with Baierl. Everyone from the management team, to the sales and finance people were a pleasure to deal with. It was an easy, no hassle process. I knew what I wanted and they delivered within 48 hours.

Absolutely horrible buying expirence from day one.received one key to the car without a working automatic started and the battery died within an hour I had to pay for the battery never got a key the breaks made noises I brought it in the never resolved the issue I fixed it myself then the head unit on the car is broken due to heat cracks and they refused to fix it and want me to pay 1300 when I bought the car off them 5 months ago I highly recommend you stay away from this place.
