They took me at my appointment time, a d had me in and out quickly. The service concierge was very helpful and friendly. I'm glad I had the appointment, since they were busy

Went to Baierl to get my truck inspected. I wait in the waiting room ever since they didn't work on my truck because I went to lunch with a friend while waiting one time. I guess since I left the building, they felt they didn't have to work on my truck. I always try to get the first appointment of the day, or as close as possible 7: 30-8: 00. After waiting all day, they came and told me they wouldn't be getting my truck finished and they couldn't give it back to me because it was taken apart. They also didn't have anyone that could give me a ride anywhere. Their attitude was, "just call someone to pick you up" which I would have done if I knew anyone that could. I was forced to walk to the nearest car rental and rent a car so that I could get home that evening. I just made it to the car rental place before closing. Unfortunately they only had luxury cars available and it cost me almost $200. The next day, Baierl didn't have anyone available to pick me up at the car rental, so once again I had to walk from the rental place to the dealership. When I went in and told the service people that I was there and I would be waiting in the waiting room their response was "you should have called, we would have told you not to come because your truck isn't finished" I explained to them that the rental car was due back and that I would just have to wait, and they acted like I was completely unreasonable and asking them for something over and above what they should be doing. I don't understand why my waiting in the waiting room was such a problem, but I think it was because they hadn't planned to work on my truck that day. Just before 6: 00 pm they finally finished my truck. I then got a survey from them along with instructions to only fill it out if I was completely satisfied. When I filled it out HONESTLY, I got several phone calls (3 calls 20 minutes long) from them wanting to know why I gave them less a less than perfect rating. When I told them, they said that I shouldn't have given them less than perfect marks and because of that the service technician was NOT going to get paid. I told them that they shouldn't have sent me a survey if they didn't want honest feedback. I am truly sorry if the mechanic didn't get paid because the service manager treated me so poorly. They should have a better way of determining who is at fault when something goes so horribly wrong in the service department.

Had my inspection here. They were able to get me in quickly. Raymond is so personable and easy to work with. Have dealt with Bairel for years and will continue to do so.

I was in for a state inspection. Based on past experience I brought a book and the NYT Crossword. Within an hour they were finished and I was out of there. Their speed and efficiency was remarkable.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Service is what i expected for a newer car. Estimated what for the work to be done was right on the nose.

Service entrance door was open but red x above door so there was confusion before even pulling into service. Cust serv person was not kind, no greeting or thank you. Someone in plain clothes (no name tag or baierl uniform) asked for my keys which were already taken from me by cust service. Just shy of 2 hours for only an oil change. I thanked the Cust serv person after my service was complete and was not even given a "you're welcome". How about a thank you to me as the customer? Or a thank you for your patience. Not recommended for any service

Perfect customer service. I am sick of the service Wright offers on rt 19. If you have a GM vehicle, take it to bairel. Service provided on time, received a call as soon as it was done, cleaned properly, extremely friendly advisor who went above and beyond addressing my questions/concerns (Raymond Peterson). So glad I finally found a decent place on take my vehicle. I will be returning.

I was very unhappy with my recent service visit to Baierl Chevy. When I walked in the service area, nobody greets you or looks up from their computers. Anytime I asked a question I was talked over and any concerns I had were ignored, and was treated like I didn't know anything. I use other Baierl dealerships for my personal vehicles, but will not return to Chevy with the fleet of vehicles at my place of business. Very disappointed in this service department!

I Recieved and receive excellent customer service. I take my Cruze there for service and bought the car there. I was able to get my oil changed and tires rotated when I stopped in. Anytime there is a problem they always check out the car for me and make sure it is running okay.

Worst experience ever. First they put the wrong tires on. Not what we asked for. Also requested to keep the best of the old tires for a spare. Never got it and was charged for the disposal. They also didn't put the housing back on steering wheel saying they couldn't find it. It was sitting on front seat. The steering wheel was put on crooked. When I drove the truck home it was shaking. Another mechanic stated it was a broken tie rod. This should have been detected when the tires were installed. I could have had a serious accident if the wheel fell off because of this. My advice is stay away, go somewhere else.

Have had my Chevy serviced/inspected at Baierl Chevrolet for the last 5 years and service was fine. This year when I needed tires, they told me they couldn't find tires for my car and that I should go elsewhere. Asked if I could ship from TireRack and have them install them for me, they said no. Due to the size of my tires, not just every tire shop is capable of installing them, which is why I would expect the dealership that sells the car to be able to handle any needs the car might have. Managed to find another local shop who was willing to actually look and was able get the tires in just one day. I'm done with Baierl Chevrolet service.
