Kyle, Jon, Darius, and Rory did an excellent job installing drains and a sub pump in our basement. They were very professional and courteous. The project they originally planned was suppose to take two days, but they stayed a little later than planned and got it done in one, which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to waterproof their basement.

Lukas, Dean, Leon and Peter did a great job. They were friendly, professional, punctual and competent. My foundation was lifted and stabilized safely and I was kept informed every step of the way.

Even though I grew up with basement flooding a daily reality, I had no idea where to turn when my own basement started gathering water. Luckily, Shannon Sick & crew came to the rescue in a big way, explaining everything thoroughly and communicating every step of the way. Contractors can be such a shot in the dark, but Bakers really came through. Plus, my basement has been dry for a year now! Huge thanks to everyone for alleviating what could have been an even more stressful situation!

Eric and Alex did a fine job in our basement! They were highly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about all aspects of waterproofing our basement and the system they were installing. I especially like that they explained everything they were going to go before they did it and took us step by step through it all. They cleaned up after they were through and took away all the materials and garbage leaving our basement looking better than it ever did before. We would highly recommend them.

Baker’s PolyRenewal 2 part system that was applied to my stamped concrete patio and walkways is great. It mobilized…filled in the spacing beneath the concrete to prevent settling. The product was also used to raise and level out sections that had settled. Chad and Rory did an excellent job applying the system. I’m pleased that my concrete is level again and has some stability to help prevent future settlement.

I have been working with Shannon Sisk in regard to a foundation issue with my home. While the entire bakers team has been flexible and accommodating to my needs, I will say that out of the numerous companies we contacted this was the one we knew we wanted to go with. Shannon went right into my crawlspace and actively communicated with me what he was seeing, he was the only one to provide a solid and clear plan in regard to how to properly address the situation with my foundation. If you want good service, I highly suggest working with Bakers because they will make sure your home is safe and the work is done right.

After many years of getting water in our basement, we finally called Baker's Waterproofing. I'm sorry we did not make the move sooner. Kyler, Eric, Christopher & Peter did the work - it was completed in a day and a half. They were courteous and very efficient. I was surprised that I did not have a lot of dust or dirt to clean up - they took care of everything. My husband and I would definitely recommend them.

I had Shawn Hedricks come out to give me an estimate on my foundation. He was really friendly and explained what stuff they would do to fix up the foundation really well. I'm quite happy with how he treated me.

The team of Lucas Selleek, Dean Hollenbach, and Peter Gonzalez were very professional and on the ball. The job was done rapidly and all my questions were answered. They are 10 star review.

10/22/2022: I wanted to provide an update. I found out that the water damage was caused from a pipe behind the wall instead of from the foundation as Baker's stated. Although their work was great, we did not need a pump in our scenario. Beware! Have a water leak? They're going to recommend a pump installed regardless of your issue. All that money goes down the drain. I'm no expert, so I called Baker's to help. They're not in the business to help, they're going to make a sale. That's what they did, and I learned a very valuable and expensive lesson at the same time. Hope this helps someone that doesn't need it done.

Erik, Darren, and Derek have all been wonderful to work with over the last few weeks when I had to install a sub pump system in my finished basement. A new homeowner with a big unexpected project comes with much stress. However, Erik was very helpful and assisted in explaining what's happening and how we needed to fix it.

The day of the installation, Darren did the walkthrough and explained in great detail. He was very professional. The work him and Darren did was wonderful.
