Bala better medspa! Needs more the 5 stars! Its the best place! Handsdown! I love their vibrant great customer service! The staff is phenomenal, very informative and knowledgeable, and they provide the best service. My coordinator Amber is the best and she changed my life! I’m so happy with my decision and results!

Amber is the best! I Had my first consult for a bbl and i can honestly say this place makes you feel so welcome! Ive never had someone talk to me who listen and felt my pain. She definitely went out of her way to make me comfortable and to give the beat option that works for me.

I had my first consultation this week, and when I tell you if you’re looking for a sign to come here. THIS. IS. IT. I’m obsessed, everyone was so helpful and professional. Marina broke down everything for me and helped me determine how to go about my procedures financial. She went over everything multiple times to make sure I didn’t have any questions. She was so unbelievably helpful and accommodating. I truly couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help me. Thank you Marina! Dr Wilkes is an angel sent from above. I can’t express the amount of happiness I had after leaving their office. I felt very comfortable with everyone, the absolute best staff. Thank you again and I look forward to making this place a second home for me.

Staff is extremely nice. Patient, caring, well educated on services. They are ready to listen and answer questions. Customer service is nice. Micro needling facial took about one hour. It wasn’t as painful as I thought. Thank God they added numbing cream. I can’t wait to see my results. Marina, amber and Teresa were all lovely. They even accommodated my 6 week old baby

I first came to Bala Better Health, through a Groupon and now I am a platinum member. I joined to get ready for my wedding later this year First: the staff is amazing, so warm and welcoming. They make you feel like family. Second: they are awesome at what they do. I've done botox, kybella, non surgical face lift and non surgical tummy lift, vampire facial, rf facials and laser lipo all with solid results. I couldn't be happier that I found this team of professionals to guide me on my beauty related self improvement journey!

I went for the first time last week for a consult. Dr. Wilkes is so warm and welcoming that you immediately know you’re going to get a personalized experience. I had my consult with Bonnie and she was so easy to talk to and very thorough. She took the time to really understand what I wanted and to explain the different options.

Bonnie did my Botox injections and communicated with me throughout the whole process and it honestly felt like I was just hanging with a friend I’ve known forever. I’ve had Botox before but she listened to exactly what I wanted and I could not have asked for a better result. Initially I was going to do a lip flip but at the last minute changed my mind and decided on fillers. She was so accommodating. This was my first time with fillers and she was absolutely meticulous. She took so much time with me and was so careful not to overfill and to make sure everything was even and that I was happy with my result. It’s so rare to find someone with this much passion and pride for their work but Bonnie is truly a treasure.

Update: I went back for PRP microneedling with Teresa. I cannot say enough about how awesome she is. She took amazing care of my skin and the whole experience was fantastic. She’s super knowledgeable and really makes the extra effort to make sure you feel comfortable. She doesn’t just provide a standard med spa treatment, she takes it to the next level and gives you a full luxury experience from start to finish. There are plenty of people who do great micro needling but Teresa is the best of the best!

Also have to include Amber because she’s amazing and walked me through my platinum membership. She answered all of my questions, never rushed me, and helped me decide what option was best for me. Seriously just the best experience with every interaction.

I am a Platinum member and have had most of the treatments offered performed including botox, fillers, thread lift, laser Lipo, PRP hair restoration, microneedling, and vampire facial. Dr. Wilkes, Bonnie, Amber, and Teresa are so professional and welcoming. They put my nerves at ease and their work speaks for itself. My face is youthful and my skin texture has improved drastically. I have suffered with acne for years and have gone to several dermatologists. Only until now have I really seen true results from microneedling /PRP facials. Teresa is a passionate esthetician who delivers results. Dr. Wilkes and Bonnie have decreased the appearance of my fine lines and wrinkles while tastefully enhancing my jawline and lips. I couldn’t be more pleased. They have given me the confidence boost that I needed and I am so thankful!

I received hip dips. Correction, with fillers. The doctors was so nice, made you feel so comfortable, and they were so fast. I love my results and it’s day one, full results takes 3-6 months 10/10 recommend.

Had a consultation and didn’t get past that. The admin (Amber) was highly unprofessional and argumentative. Pricing was way too high AND she critiqued everything she thought I had wrong with me. She basically said, I should be glad. Elected to go elsewhere.
