Bala Cynwyd School for Young Children

The staff at Bala Cynwyd are like no other! The management team is responsive to any questions I have and the staff are top notch. You can tell how much love they have for their job. The Covid-19 protocols are in place to try to make sure the children and staff stay as safe as possible. So glad I have the pleasure to be part of ther BCSYC family!

I have worked at the Bala Cynwyd School for Young Children for almost 5 year and the teachers and staff are some of the most dedicated educators I have ever seen. They truly strive to provide their students with the best hands-on education. In addition to loving the community I work with, I recently had a child and immediately knew I wanted to enroll him in this program. It puts me at ease knowing that he is in great care every day while receiving the best education possible. I wouldn’t want to send him anywhere else.

We are so lucky to be part of this amazing community. Everything is top-notch from the curriculum to the teachers and everything in between. The Kindergarten program is especially amazing - it is a full day program with fantastic field trips and even a weekly lunch where the students bring ingredients and they cook the meals together! Another highlight is the pool which is open during summer months for lessons! This is a truly special place.

We have had an absolutely wonderful experience at BCSYC, our two started at age 1 and went through to full day Kindergarten. Highly highly recommend this school, they’ve been wonderful.

The teachers and programming at BCSYC are fantastic. The staff truly care about the children and are invested in their development. The curriculum is effective and the children have fun while they learn. The campus is so unique and the additional enrichments offered are an added benefit.

I have worked at BCSYC for 10 years and can’t imagine working anywhere else. It truly feels like home here. I have been supported, understood, respected, and loved. It is a comfortable and happy environment.
I love the campus, the administrators, my fellow teachers, our families, and, most importantly, the children.
