I love Baly Hair braiding salon! Annie always does my hair I love her and the way she always listen to how I want my braids every single time. The owner and her workers are all nice people, it’s comfortable in there and just a great place to get you’re hair done and also Annie is my favorite cause she so fast but still get my hair so nice everybody always love my braids. I been nonstop going to Baly hair braiding salon since 2016 and still

I come here all the time. I will never ever ever support this business again like ever. They are overcharging and just not nice woman. I usually deal with the owner Baly who's usually perfectional and accommodating. These woman today were nasty!

Today’s Experience
I’ve been a customer for YEARS my sister and I are familiar faces at this establishment. I came in this morning to receive services and could not do so because I asked a question in regards to seeing a new stylist that was assigned to me that was supposed to be working on my hair. In opposed to me asking was the worker new? The worker said she did not want to work on my hair I made her feel uncomfortable and other stylist tried to inconvenience me making me wait for the owner even though I was the first to arrive at the shop when it opened. The workers are very rude, dismissive, and can be combative! I will not be returning at all! It’s sad that they lost loyal customers because my sister also will not returning.

I really love Baly Hair Braiding shop I' been coming for over a year the Lady's are so pleasant and they do a wonderful job braiding any style i ask they hook me up and they are fast and professional did my hair for mothers day and its so nice looking good yall so check her out i know you will love it as much as i do

I never had any problems with baly shop, iys the new braiders I had a problem with very rude. I brought two people with me to experience what I had dgotten done to my hair which was a great one, and they messed it all that for us.

They were talking about clients, laughing at them, the only thing you hear in the shop is them talking to each other, LOUDLY! PEOPLE COME IN AND OUT SELLING CLOTHES TO THE EMPLOYEES, NOT THE CLIENTS. NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT THE NEGATIVE BEHAVIOR. THEY HAVE MANY CLIENTS AND FEEL AS THOUGH THEY CAN DO/ACT ANY KIND OF WAY AND STILL GET PAID. ITS SHAMEFUL. WE PATRONIZE THIS BEHAVIOR AND NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT IT.

I got my hair done from here and idk if the lady was rushing but it was absolutely horrible! The parts were so huge and crooked and the hair was so loose. She did it way too fast, I wouldn't recommend her at all!

Always fast and neat! The prices are budget friendly. I love my hair no matter who does it. I've had 3 different Stylist and with every one it was A1 service.

I got to the shop an hour before they opened and they refused to do my hair. They were unbelievably rude

They talk about u they move ya head around like u a child they don’t know how to talk kindly to you they have u pay before u even see ya hair (and I learned the hard way when I looked in the mirror) tried to take my leftover hair no need to go on just a all around bad experience for me GO TO THE ORANGE SHOP NEXT DOOR I been there way better

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I had to warn others so they don’t waste their time or money!

BEWARE - If you want MEDIUM KNOTLESS BOX BRAID WARNING - They will fill the back and middle of your hair with LARGE box braid and only put medium box braids at the top and charge you the medium box braid price CHECK YOUR HAIR when they start! Also, they will charge you for $200 length braids but will not actually braid the hair down to the length, they just left the hair out! DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES!

I was told 1 hour wait at 8: 30AM, did not get into chair until 1: 30PM, 5 hours later. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I will NEVER EVER go there again and I recommend you go somewhere ELSE to get your money’s worth! Don’t not be fooled by the number of reviews like I was!

Love how my hair come out. I got the medium size knotless braids the girl who did my hair was very nice and gentle with my hair hopefully next time she will be able to do my braids again because I definitely will be back, the only hic is they don’t do appointment it’s walk ins only

My service was small ombre knotless braids and theia photo was taken two weeks after my appointment.

They are very unprofessional. I came to this shop the previous day and was told they were closing at 5. So the lady said to come back the next day at 2. I arrived for them to say we don’t do appointments and they cannot take me. That’s very unprofessional I will never comeback again

The greeting could be better and more welcoming. Other than that, I got the lemonade braids done and it came out really good.

I will not be going here again for any service. I paid for medium braids and got small medium jumbo all over. I paid for knotless braids and by the second week my hair was completely messy. 200 bucks down the drain

I came to this hair salon this morning to get my hair done at the salon person told me the day before when I called to book my appointment that they did not take appointments to be there at 7: 30 because that’s when they open. I got there at 7 and the salon was not open and I sat in my car for about 10 minutes before the salon was open then when the salon was open I could not tell that it was the salon so I was sitting outside waiting some more after that I finally got out the car and was like let me go check to see if this is the salon that was the salon I went upstairs to speak with the lady to see what my price would be for my hair told her I had to move my car took me less than five minutes to move my car I came back and she had someone sitting in the seat then had me wait an hour for someone else to come and do my hair that other person came started my hair and did not finish it she went and start someone else’s hair when someone else came so I had two people in my hair and I had one person that gave my spot away to someone else for moving my car remind you guys this is the hair braiding store is on fifth Street. I sat there and waited to get my hair done got my hair done and it was not what I expected my braids looks fuzzy they do not look neat highly disappointed and I would not recommend is please please do not go there to get your hair done they try to do too many hairs at once and the shop is not that big

This WAS my go to place for my braids until recently. Me & my oldest daughter went to get our braids done that only took 3 1/2 hours & we both got them long & the prices went up due to COVID‍️ I sent my younger 2 daughters and my niece to get theirs done. They arrived on Friday evening at 5: 30 and was told that they were not braiding any more people that day, so I told my niece to make an appointment for 7: 30 the next day. When we arrived on Saturday there was 6 people standing outside. My daughters and niece were told that they had to take people who already had appointments with specific stylists. Ok cool. What I couldn’t understand was my daughter who had the most hair got finished 1st, my niece 2nd and my daughter who had the least hair at 3: 45 PM still had another 2 hours to be finished. She was only getting medium size box braids. My niece who has more hair than her got knotless and they are smaller than the box braids. So I called and asked how long was it going to be before my daughter is finished and that they made a 7: 30 appointment and the lady told me they don’t take appointments and there were people here before them that they had to do. I am a mom of six daughters and none nor my self will be going there anymore.
