Vietnamese Restaurant Bamboo reviews
18Bamboo does not value its customer! I have received the worst service ever, I literally had to remind Kim, an employee to be respectful as she was very rude and inconsiderate. She lied and said they had never received a complaint on their portion size or high prices, well the reviews say otherwise. Their pho is the worst I have tried to date, not authentic and the portions are small, yet the price is high. When I called to complain about this, I was simply yelled at and repeatedly told that there was nothing they could do about it and “if you don’t like it, don’t come back! ”. Please, please save your money! There are many other restaurants that will value you and deliver quality food. I wish I had read the reviews prior to making a purchase. Bamboo is a great example of unethical business, they have no plans in delivering quality or satisfying their customer but they will take your money!
Too little food, too expensive.
I ordered pho. It's altogether over $20, and I was not full. With that amount of food, it should be $10.
Everything was too little: too little noodles, too little meat.
You'd have to ask for salt because there was no salt on the table, and the waiter was not in sight. I went around to find the waiter.
Will not eat there again unless there are no other restaurants.
Food is very bland, and very small portions.
All the people working there do not seem like they are having a good time, sour face to everyone.
It’s not a busy weeknight, the place is almost empty but they came to pick up our dishes couple times and bought us the check when our kid was still eating the food and we clearly had food left on our plate….
Worst wonton soup ever! When I reported to the waiter that I did not taste pork or shrimp, but it tasted like chicken, he laughed.
This place makes some INCREDIBLE PHO. The only reason why I can't give five stars is because when I requested extra beef and chicken it didn't seem as if it came out with it. Very limited in how much protein they actually give you. For the price of it, which is over $20 for a bowl normally, when someone asks for extra of two different meats and is paying extra for it, definitely load that baby up a bit more. Otherwise the experience from the service to the flavor of food was unbelievably good!
I travel all over the states for work and this is some of the best Vietnamese I’ve ever had! The customer service is amazing, food is amazing and the prices are great!
Awesome, flavorful food, great service! The same awesome tasty pho! I highly recommend this restaurant! (7/17/23 update). I still love this place, the food and service is amazing!
Absolute best vietnamese food I've ever had. The pho is absolutely delicious, and the meat rolls are so savory. I cannot recommend this place more! It's a must!
Tried this place because my usual Vietnamese spot was closed. The food was mid at best and the host was rude, won’t be going back.
Great atmosphere, full of greenery and life. The pho soup has a multitude of low, harmonious flavors that can be customized as you wee fit by adding additional herbs. The Hawaiian on ice was an incredibly delicious alternative to ice cream (and may be lactose free)
Visiting on a Saturday afternoon, the Vietnamese host lady was obnoxiously rude with this passive aggressiveness as soon as I walked in. The other waiter was much better than her.
The seating and atmosphere was nice, that’s the only star given. Food tastes not authentic, maybe okay if you don’t have any expectations, but definitely I am not coming back for such horrible attitude.
The portions are small, the service is ok, but the prices are on the high side. I will never go to this restaurant again.
By far the best pho place in the area. They do an excellent job customizing your food as needed. Seriously, I could live off of their food. 10/10 would live the pho life with them.
Authentic Szechuan food.
You know the place is really good do you almost never see a Caucasian person there. Always Chinese people. Efficient friendly service.
A nice place to dine in for Vietnamese cuisine - their noodle bowls, selection of appetizers, fried rice is amazing. Restaurant has a nice ambience and the servers are courteous and friendly. Will recommend
Best Vietnamese food in the area. Sliced pork or pho is our go too meals. The staff are always great and welcoming.
Great food. My mouth wanted to keep eating even though I was feeling very full. The Vietnamese hot and sour soup was the best i ever had. Of you have never been here, this restaurant needs to go on your bucket list!
A very long time customer. Used to order a couple times a week. We moved so haven't been there for a while (a year or more) so we were excited to visit last night. Something has changed since we were last there. Food was bland compared to what it was. Pho and Lemongrass Chicken were not as flavorful. Pho came with ketchup-condiment-style packets of Hoisin and Siracha (ruined the experience from step 1). Not sure if the old sauces they served in plastic ramekins were homemade or not, but they definitely had more flavor. Won't be as excited to go back.
