19They advertise coupons that your new puppy gets a free exam and $10 off microchip. Called 2 locations and was told that they are not taking new clients. Called their corporate office. They do not have a customer service department, I had to talk to someone in web support. Was told that someone would get back to me in 3-5 business days. In my opinion, the company is a joke. I suggest using a different veterinarian.
Waited for over 6 hours no rooms never took us to back just came and got our pet and took her back wouldn't let me back with her I have no idea what they could have done to her. Mask policy was ridiculous. Telling people to wait in their cars in the heat.
From first visit to end of life they are compassionate about the animals. They work to help find solutions to help problems.easy get appointments and never long wait
We had to put my 16.5 year old kitty to sleep because she had mammary cancer and was suffering. Banfield took her as a patient even though they weren't her regular vet. They were all caring and compassionate and even stayed past closing for us. My mom will be taking her own kitty there now. Highly Recommend!
Always treat my dogs good when they have them for check ups and teeth cleaning. Very knowledgeable staff. Monroeville location is where I always take my pets
My fur baby has a terrible infection through his body. He needed intense labs done along with xrays and sonogram. BANFIELD brought the cost down significantly, they are wonderful people.
It is hard to put into words our experience at Banfield Pet Hospital. Everyone was so wonderful and compassionate the day we had to come to put my daughter's cat of almost 17 years to sleep. The staff and the vet who had to put her to sleep was so caring. They let us have as much time as possible with her before they took her, even though they had to go past office hours. We would recommend this pet hospital to anyone! Our other kitty will be going there from now on for her health needs.
The folks there are very nice. But to be fair to the front desk staff, they should not have to answer phones and try to take care of clients at the same time. I stopped in to buy prescription cat food. I waited in line over 20 minutes because the two people working front desk had to stop to answer phones. You need a dedicated phone answering person just like every other medical office this is the main reason I will probably leave Banfield.
Are experience with the staff has been excellent and informative. The staff is friendly Doctors are knowledgeable even was able to get a DNA breakdown of what are pup was mixed with which was exciting. As new puppy owners I would definitely recommend them. More importantly the Staff makes the experience all worth it.
My senior kitty had a UTI and my regular vet could not get me an appointment for 3 weeks. I called Banfield and they got me in the next day. Due to COVID restrictions I waited in the car and after the exam the doctor called and gave me an update. They did a urinalysis, administered antibiotics, and got us on our way in a timely manner. I am pleased with our visit and looking forward to my kitty feeling better!
Wonderful friendly and informative vets, the prices are actually affordable. I will certainly continue using Banfield for my pets health needs.

The staff at banfield hospital not only treated is with empathy but one week later sent us a card signed by all the staff and my dear dogs paw prints on the card it was very sweet thanks so much.

Very very very bad costumer service always there front desk staff are so rude never nice, we have 2 dogs we are costumer with them since i got my first dog and now i am planning to change the hospitel.
The front desk and vet techs are very friendly and helpful. The vet came out and talked to us after her examination she was very kind and took the time to answer all our questions. Being a new pet owner we had a lot of questions. Great place would highly recommend.
Dr. Amy Crain is the best! She is amazing with our elderly labrador. She understands older pup care! Would recommend her in a heart beat.

I appreciate the affordability of the wellness plan and the veterinarian I saw my first ever visit genuinely cares for the animals. However the people at the front desk are always miserable. I called about my family’s new kitten having worms and concerned because this was our first time having a kitten, they kept me on hold for 20 minutes and then the lady on the phone said there was no way to help till my appointment over a week away and hung up on me. I called the vet my boyfriend takes his dog to to see if they had an opening and they gave me a list of ways to help take care of him and get him healthy before his appointment. I will always appreciate an animal loving vet but it speaks volumes when the whole crew doesn’t care as much for your animals. As a first time pet owner I’m left with a bad taste in my mouth with the lack of compassion or advice and being hung up on when I’m calling clearly concerned and looking for help.
