Banfield Pet Hospital, Warminster PA

I have been taking my dog there since I got him 5 years ago. Customer service was great in the beginning of his life, but recently it had been terrible. He only had one good appointment since COVID started 2 years ago. They have to give him sedation medication that I give to him, then take forever to check you in and come out to pick up the dog. Then 3 minutes after dropping him off they call and say they cannot examine him cause he is too out of control. Then they make me pay for more medication and send him home. He has seizures and needs doctor attention. Since his appointment on 6/6/2022 he has had 10 seizures, is blind, and cannot really move. Called for help and advice and they said they cannot accommodate for the situation. Love taking your money but when they have to actually be doctors they are not there for you.

The worst vet you could go to, do not take your dogs there. After my sisters dog was there she came back home with a swollen and huge bloody eye. She was timid and scared to be pet, which she never is and loves to be pet. She was definitely mistreated at this place and we will never ever take her back. The vet Dr cooper-carty when spoken to acted like it was nothing and hung up on my mom after being very short with her. Unprofessional and try to sneak around. Never ever told my mom or sister something happened. If you love your pet, do not go here. I would give 0 stars if I could

I have been taking my pup there from when he was one he is hitting nine this year. They are the best friendly and so helpful. My pup will only be good if I am with him and they let me stay with him so everyone is happy. Can only say great things from the staff to the doctors. Trust me take your pet and see the difference

The staff at this facility were absolutely amazing. I brought our 13-year-old male tabby cat in as an emergency, and they took care of him, as well as showed me kindness and professionalism from when I first got there, during his visit, until we picked him up.

It took a couple times for our dog to allow the vet to touch him (we had no idea he'd act like that without one of us there) but they handled it incredibly well and after the second visit he was able to get the problem with his ear on the right track. He's going back at the end of the month for his next appointment. They're on top of keeping you up to date on the specifics to the entire time your pet is with them. They also keep you up on the services And estimated costs of each thing. After only two appointments I would already highly recommend Banfield. Should that change I'll be sure to add to this and why; but I'm not so sure that'll happen:)

Super expensive. You are better off going to a private veterinarian practice.
Care was adequate. Prepare to be nickled and dimed!

My visit was more to the Pet Smart Banfield located in Pet Smart me and my Buddy Loomis love this place great selection of Royal Canin, treats, toys, bedding, and Loomis's favorite Deer, Moose or Elk antlers great knowledgeable courteous and friendly staff I shop here often

We put down our cat of 18 years. The people at Banfield were kind and caring. We really appreciated that. So long Mustachio, there will never be another cat like you!

Beware of the Preventive Care Plan. If you Pet Died Banfield Corporate will make pay the remaining bill.

This weekend I needed to have a simple procedure usually done by nurses on my dog. I did not have an appointment but thought I would try getting him help since it was bothering him. Michelle was awesome. She took the time to see if they could do the procedure and got it done for me in a few minutes. I really appreciate compassion like this from people who works as caregivers. Michelle stands out.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an appointment for our new puppy. First time I was in the store and call to check in at my appointment time, and they say they were busy so I waited and then they cancelled my appointment because they could not find me inside the Petsmart store. Second time, when I arrived at 11: 00 am to my appointment they said that in the morning they canceled it, without noticing me after driving half hour to get there.

Awesome, full of appointments yet, still made time to see my dog for his hurt eye! Thanks so much!

Every time I bring my pets to this Banfield for their appointment and let them know I need more flea and tick and heart worm medication for my dog, they try to charge me for the one medication and I keep telling them it’s included in my pets plan. This is exhaustingly every single time I come to Banfield. Also, I took my other dog for a vaccine and they told me my dog will be ready to be picked up this afternoon, mind you the appt is for 9am. The lady I spoke to said since it’s a drop off the doctor does the vaccinations through out the day in between surgeries and she just went into her first surgery. I was furious because my other dog was out in 5 minutes for his vaccine and he was a “drop off. ” I was absolutely not picking up my dog in the afternoon when she is just scheduled to get her Bordatella vaccine. Maybe more Doctors need to be working in one location to prevent this inconvenience.
Janet is also one of the front desk ladies and is very rude when answering the phone, very unprofessional and feel like my pets and I are not welcome any time we come here.

The receptionist at the front desk was the friendliest person I have ever met. A very bubbly attitude

My Peanut was rushed to the emergency and his dog food was changed to Royal Canine SO and Banfield came through with the food. Very nice staff! Thanks
