8We have been going to Banfield for 15 years. They have been excellent for full life care for our animals from puppy/kitten to elderly. I'm a huge fan of Rhonda at the front desk. She is kind, helpful, and caring. The vets make sure you understand the best way to care for your pets and all of the staff have been to notch in my experience!
They took care of Simba and the entire staff showed a lot of care patience and consideration thanks a lot
Great service. Phone lines can be a bit busy but once you get someone live they help you quickly. Amazing vet care. Wouldn't take my pup anywhere else.
There's nothing like waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes. I yelled Hello many times, knocked on the counter numerous times and I even called on the phone and STILL NO ANSWER I had to walk in the restricted area and start knocking on doors to get some kind of response and when I FINALLY got someone to come out she acted like everything was just fine.
I know this place is new, but you people need to get your act in order, SHARPISH!
They are great, caring and attentive. I would recommend getting a plan and taking your pets here.
My dog Dakota has major anxiety, which gives me anxiety. The young lady Brianna was very calming and made it a much less stressful event for the both of us.
The staff here is amazing, and we're looking forward to a great relationship with everyone. Our Rotties love them.
The staff is so friendly the doctor's so knowledgeable they take such good care of my puppy and they answer all my questions they don't ever make me feel rushed and they call me right away with any issues that may arise
