Rizwan the customer representative helps to prove Bank of America is a huge joke bank. Avoid like the plague. I'm so Happy o don't use this bank for my own use.

Unprofessional staff, rude and inconsiderate to the customers need. Never coming back to this branch. No wondering why you have 2.9 rating.

I don’t know if it’s the area that this branch is in or just bad policy, I go to different branches every week and get good to great service, however, every time I come to this branch I find the teller’s yo be very snotty. They’re always trying to push the rules from the book instead of giving you courtesy service. As if I’m not aware that I can go to the atm to deposit money or something like that, as if it’s too much for them to take care of my deposit. Don’t you people get pay to be a teller? Also don’t ask me for my ID if I come here often with my company name on my shirt.

The people are the worst.the absolute worst. Inconsistent waisting your time. One persons doesn’t ask for ID the other does. I wouldn’t bank here if I didn’t have to. My corporate office banks here. Go to TD Bank!

I just got a service there and the staff was great. Kenneth took care of me and it was really very professional and helpful!

The Teller her name is hard to say is a super well mannered and polite helpful person. Great customer service. Front desk very welcomeing. The line is long but it is the location. It is not the employees fault. Thank you for your greatness.

My husband recently opened an account with them, all seemed great. Upon opening the account he was told they would hold the check for a week until it cleared. Sounds great not a big deal. They assure him that its a 1 time thing only and next paycheck would clear immediately. Goes cashed check they put a hold on it for 1 week again! He tried calling twice to see if maybe they could speed the process up or give him an advance on some of the money. Both times no one answered and we were unable to leave a voicemail. Now its 1 week later and the check still hasnt cleared and says it wont clear to 9am. Makes no sense as its 2018 and everything is done thru computers.
