Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM), Doylestown PA

I went in to close my account due to the ridiculous fees and horrible customer service. I was told by Seema Khetawat She could not close my account due to a pending transaction. I advised the pending transaction amount is on your screen. Please deduct it from the account and close it out and give me the remaining balance. After she explained 4 more times (as if I didnt understand) that she couldn't close my account because of the pending transaction, I advised her for the 4th time that she could and I need to close my account right now please. 15 minutes later the account was closed and I had the balance in my pocket without further issue. Bank of America Doylestown demonstrated once again why I won't be doing business with them.

The employees were very attentive and made opening up a bank account a simple and painless process!

Very bad customer service! Went in with a Clincard which states that I can go to any major banks and withdraw money from the teller for free (even if I don't have an account). I have done it earlier at another Bank of America branch without any issues. But at this location, the lady was very rude and didn't even bother to look properly at the card or ask someone else if the withdrawal can be done. She was very dismissive and asked me to just go to the ATM and do whatever. Take your business somewhere else, very bad customer service. I should have paid attention to the other bad reviews already on Google, for this branch.

While at the counter depositing a check Miss Nicole decided she would argue with me about a statistical fact Philadelphia violence compared to my city of Memphis is violence there’s never a reason in business to argue with a customer she should not be in customer service and when I went to put this review up I see I’m not the only person that has had the same problem Bank of America should do something

This branch just keeps getting worse.
Under staffed, high turn over.
What do you expect from BOA I suppose.

One of the Bank representatives told me a pre-qualification letter for an auto loan was a soft inquiry so I agreed to it. Unfortunately, I received a hard inquiry on my account negatively affecting my score. How could you not know that this is a hard inquiry? At the end of it all, the rep had the nerve to try and sell me a rewards credit card. I'm taking my money somewhere else.
