17 Not client - oriented at all! There is one answer to any question - go to the application or to the website
I am a business owner, I came to open a checkbook and change the address of my business, but the agent sent me to a mobile app, how should I figure it out? There are many types of checkbooks, no explanations, where is the customer orientation? According to the logic of the employee, clients do not need live offices, everything is possible online! Then why are they needed if they do not provide service! Then why did I come to the bank if everything can be done online, probably to work directly with the manager to get information! Very terrible attitude to customers for the last 6 months!
Walked in to do a transaction. There were two workers helping one customer with an application (not needed) and ALL of the spots in the lot were full. Yes, all. Meaning all BOA customer spots and accompanying spots for xfinity. There were a total of 2 customers in the bank.
When I walked in an older blonde woman had her back turned to me and the now line of 3 people who entered since I walked in. Had to complete my transaction at the ATM as there was no sign of when they would be finished with that customers application.
Not only do you need better workers you need to be monitoring who is parking in your lot. I shouldn’t have to park on the street as a customer while randoms use your customer only spots.
I’ve been considering closing this account and this was definitely my confirmation lol.
They never answer their phone. And the corporate line is even worse. I've been trying to close my account for days and they said I need an appointment, but their Saturday is already full so it's very difficult. I already left for Dollar Bank, any other bank where you can just walk in and get help is better than this.
I waited one week for my appointment.in the morning I came to the bank in a good mood and they managed to spoil my family and me mood.did not accept us to open an account. I think it looks like discrimination or did not want to serve us.we provided more than they required documents.they didn’t accept everything exactly, we asked for it, persuaded them.no one wanted to understand and help us.the reason was that one document was in electronic form, they asked for help to print it, but they refused to print it and therefore they did not accept us.very strange.just print one paper, the bank does not have a printer or how to understand it.

This branch has no notary on staff and couldn't find one in any of the Pittsburgh branches. Totally disappointed. Luckily for me a competitive nearby national bank branch was able to provide a notary effortlessly to our complete satisfaction. Wonder why BofA advertises notary services on their website.

Such a terrible and unprofessional branch! I came here just for the wire transfer from my to a different account which takes only 5 min to do at 1pm and they don’t have appointment for that lol. What? !? !? ! It’s just a 5 minute process. So lazy people are over there!
Terrible customer service and they don't answer the phones when you call. Avoid at all costs.
Absolute garbage. Called multiple times and no one answers, I get there and they need me to have an appointment. ANSWER YOUR PHONE AND ID HAVE AN APPOINTMENT

Nice facility, a little slow at times trying to do basic transactions but friendly people if you do have to wait.
Absolutely abhorrent. I opened an account 6 days ago and when I realized someone had already gained access and changed my information I could not get any help from these people. It seems as though the phones at this location is for show and not for actual use. I called at least a dozen times to no avail.
Take your business elsewhere. It’s not worth the headache.

This isn't the first time this is happened when i went there, anytime i need something notarized its always some excuse keep in mind ive been a customer over 14 years. I needed something notarized and had all my legal documentation and the notary decides to purposely leave early on at the time when she was aware that i needed something notarized. Im certain that i'm being discriminated against for sure now. If you're of different nationally and you need something done they run you around in circles wasting you valuable time i had to go to a triple A AA and get my work completed. Simple and plain don't go there. Idk if it just me personally but not understanding what the issue is. This has happened to me over 3 time and i will be calling corporate to complain.
Came to the center to fix what should be an easily resolved login issue. Turned into a days-long nightmare. The miserable extent “service” I got from the financial center was them telling me to fix it on my own, because their outdated corporate system had their hands tied.
Don't bother. Bank anywhere else but here. The folks at this company will not and cannot help you at all. This company is run by robots and archaic banking policies. Their customer service doesn't know what they're talking about or how to count business days. Oh yea, I'm a real customer with an exquisite payment history. I can only imagine what they'd be like if you had a problem or owed them something. Go to a pay day lender before you start banking here. The absolute worst.
