This is a cheap place to rent a car quickly. They strive to have a car or truck ready. Good service excellent customer experience.

I rented a 12 passenger van for a day. Check in and check out was a breeze. Great service from the lady at the Broomall office. The van itself wasn’t super clean and had 74k on it but it worked fine. All in all, I’m satisfied with the service.

I've rented vehicles several times from this business and normally I had good experiences. But one day I rented a sedan but when I got there the owner had rented it out but he gave me a caravan in place of that. After awhile into the trip the caravan's air stopped working and the windows stopped working. The situation became more problematic when the windows kept fogging up since I couldn't put them down. I had to pull over and open the door to unfog the windows. After getting the car back to the rental place I told Mark, the owner, about it and to my surprise he was already aware of the problem. Since I was a regular customer he told me that he would give a credit on my next rental. Since that rental, I rented vehicles from him at least 5 times and reminded him twice about the credit but he never kept to his word. I am very disappointed with how he does business and have not been there since. How I miss the days when people's word was their bond. Be careful renting the caravan from him because he probably hasn't repaired it and if you rent the caravan and experience the same problem show him this review and demand a credit from your rental.
