Horrible experience! They don’t care about customers at all! I was running 15-20 minutes late for my dogs grooming appointment because there was accident on the road. I called prior to the appointment but no answer. I left a message as instructed by their message. I explained what was happening and that I will be 15-20 min late but wanted to keep appointment and was ok if they couldn’t do everything. I got there with my dog 15 min late and was told by the groomer that the appointment was filled. I was shocked! She said she didn’t listen to the message but tried to call me. I had been a longtime customer and was shocked they would do that. I went into the store to talk with the manager Tiffany to reschedule for the next week. She refused to do that and said she could put me on their waitlist! I wasn’t going to leave this comment but the more people I tell are just shocked. My hairdresser told me she would never do that to a customer! I have also heard more complaints from others about this place. They are kind and helpful until you need them to be a bit flexible! Don’t waste your time. They are overpriced and there are other wonderful places nearby!

Bark Ave is the only place we will go for grooming. Holly and Kirsten treated our pups so good and made them beautiful again! No razor lines in their coats, nails are smooth, and they smell great! So glad that Bark Ave is our local pet shop!

The store is well stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store also offers pet grooming.

I love the selection of stuff this store offers, and the brands. They also have a washing station now.

On site says 19 dollars for clipping and this was her first visit they charged 30 for her being difficult they should have just told us the people doing grooming super nice cashiers are not nice

They carry a lot of unique healthy snacks you will not find at any of the large pet stores. Really nice staff.

I went here with my dad and the staff were very weird and impolite. They were overly talkative, very annoying, and tried to offer me things that I didn't even ask for. I would never recommend coming here.

Love this place! Very helpful and responsive owners and employees. Family owned business, always my "go-to" place for whatever we need for our two rescues dogs. If they don't have it, they can get it for us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Bark Avenue Pet Supplies helped me out during a rough spot. There was a tick issue while visiting family. Being from out of the area, I searched for a shop that was not a big chain. They groomed my dog and checked her for ticks. Thankfully, none were found.

I greatly appreciate them making time for me and my dog on short notice. I will definitely visit this store when I am in town in the future.

This is a small, local business which provides options for quality items and healthy food. We adopted a puppy over a year ago - and we are new to the dog-owning world. Bark Avenue staff and the owner has been of great assistance to us in everything from selecting the right harness to the best food for our price range. Our pup LOVES the elk antlers and they last for months. If you want to support small businesses in the community, we have found this to be a great place to shop.

Today was my first experience at Bark Ave. All of the employees were extremely friendly and personable. They put together a welcome bundle for my new dog that I rescued. All of the food and treats they gave me were high quality products. I don’t plan on ever going to another pet store!

I’ve been a long term buyer at Bark Ave. They have an amazing inventory for both felines and pups. I recently got a new puppy and have been having him adjust with a very handsome and well trained Doberman. However we were running into the issue of our Doberman (Zsasz) wanting all the puppy bones and not the antlers and stuff we usually got him. Bark Ave’s best highly recommended the Himalayan Chew ($19.99) so he would leave the new Brats bones alone. And I have to say it’s worked out AMAZINGLY. Even the little one steals it from Zsasz. This store is absolutely phenomenal and very well informed for all dog breeds. If you live even 15 minutes away I would have no idea why you wouldn’t support a small, intelligent, and reliable business such as theirs.

I started shopping here when I moved into the area and wanted to like the place so much but unfortunately the attitude of the owners put an end to that. I got used to the lack of professionalism because the store is close to home and to be honest I wanted to support a local small business. When I went in to shop for a jacket for my dog they didn’t have the color I wanted so I was told they would have to order it and I needed to leave a deposit which was understandable. I spoke directly with the woman owner and she told me to my face exactly how much the item would cost and I would get a call in a few days when it came in. I went in to pick up the item and was told the price was $20 higher than what I was told when I ordered it. They basically said take it or leave it like the mistake was my fault! Let’s face it $20 isn’t going to make or break anyone but the way they handled this did! I was a regular customer who was loyal to them but no more. They will never get my business again! Rude and unprofessional, they don’t care about you as a customer and they don’t deserve your business.
