Barnes & Noble, North Wales PA

Great store. A lot of space, a lot of books. Staff is welcoming, helpful and polite. Selection of books is simply amazing at this location, a can spend a lot of time just walking around and looking for something I want. And I love cafe here so much.

Great place to visit with your kids to find some great reads for the summer! Staff is so helpful & knowledgeable.

I forgot how much I loved going into a Barnes & Noble store. I usually go in and look for the book I want myself but on this occasion I just went up to customer service counter or the Help Desk and asked the two men that were there. The one knew what I was talking about because they had just gotten a batch in. I was right on time and because of the type of book I wanted it was a good topic of discussion that led the other Help Desk person to suggest another and walk me over to the shelves and hand this second book to me. Now the book he gave me is much better than the book I came to purchase. The other one I can say comes from a certain perspective where as the second one is straight not subjective. It maps out it is what it is, here is how you deal with it. Thanks, these will help me on my journey as I am sure to share what I have found with other folk that may need the help but didn't know it was out there. As it is a holiday weekend I am not doing anything and I have these books to keep me company and all is well.:) So that's why the review they were more than helpful, also very nice, even the cashier was pleasant.

The cafe is a great place to hang out, have a coffee and pastry and check out some books. We found a couple of wonderful books for newborns and toddlers. They also carry a very good selection of greeting cards.

Decent selection of books. Biggest negative is having to go to the service desk to find a book and usually having to wait for someone to show up to do that. I like being able to access the computer and look it up myself.

Absolutely loved this book store. It was large and airy. There were a lot of people in there, but it did not feel crowded. A large selection of books and other items were available to buy. Had a large area for refreshments also. Will be back.

I feel like they don't get a lot of new books very often. Went a few times in a few months and there wasn't much difference between the times i went

The last b&n in my area. Huge selection and well staffed. Great selection of manga as well.

Just a wonderful place to relax and lose yourself in a good read. Very nice children's section.

Well spaced out. Good selection is books despite supply shortages. My 5 year old granddaughter loved it.

Each trip to Barnes And Noble is always a pleasant one. It’s a very quiet and calm store, with a modern design that doesn’t get in your way and gives it almost a library feel, which is very cozy and makes a wonderful shopping experience. If you’re not looking for books, you can find toys, games, even vinyls & cd’s, all organized neatly and easily accessible. If you’re bringing you’re kids, there’s an entire area dedicated to books for the smallest readers to even teenagers. I’ve been coming to here for years and recently stopped by to pick up a vinyl, and I’ve never been disappointed by the lovely employees who are quick to check out your items and very polite to every customer. If you need anything I’ve listed above, then B&N is the place to stop.

Great staff! Helped me find a book that was in stock according to their website but not where it was supposed to be on the shelf. Glad I didn't have to stop at additional stores to find what I was looking for. I will definitely be visiting this Barnes and Noble location again if I am ever in need of a specific book again.

Just drove an HR both directions because I called and employee told me they had an item in stock. When I got there the people at the desk said they havnt had that item in stock since that morning. Suggested he may have got it confused W another item.its a book store.why would you hire people that can't read? I'm done there.
