Basilico's Pizzeria, Dickson City PA

The food is bland and there’s not many options on the menu…and the owner acts like a jerk to his employees and to customers.he can’t take any constructive criticism but bashes everyone around him for even smiling wrong.the foods not even good for the price.would not recommend.

We walked in to the left a dessert counter, completely closed. We came @ supper time, place just about empty, we were the 3rd table, had to wait to get menus.
When we finally got menus our drinks took forever & 2 of us ordered water. Then had finally got to order our food, mind you it's been about 35 min. By now.
Took another 45+ min. To get our pizza salad mozzarella sticks, all food that doesn't take 45 min to cook, @ least food was warm, not hot, warm. The food was tasty.
Waitress didn't check on us, not even to see if we needed refills, in fact you didn't see her. We had to flag down another worker to get our waitress for our check. Try to pay? They ignore you & guess what, make you wait even more! 2+ hours in a not that great a restaurant, not again.

What a horrible experience! We stopped for dinner on 12/30/2022. Seated quickly, and then waited, and waited. When she finally came over to greet us, my salad had more personality. Ordered two pizzas and waited over 70 mins, she never checked in with us. Ever! When I received our apps 60 mins later, I had to obtain my own silverware. No drink refills, no checking in on our food. Service was nil. The place wasn't that busy, we are never going back.

Good portion size, but the flavor was much to be desired. Got buffalo chicken and margarita pizza and was disappointed in the taste

I’ve already commented once before on this place but I’ve got to do it again. Their pizza is delicious-the sauce, the crust but my main compliment is you can get ANY pizza on the menu with vegan cheese AND they don’t add an upcharge! That’s unheard of! 5 stars? How bout 10!

Ordered an antipasto salad for ten people, received a half pan of meat, cheese, celery, and olives only. No lettuce or the usual antipasto toppings. $55. I was told the price was high because of the price of lettuce- no lettuce in the pan. Very disappointing. I have always had good experiences with this restaurant.

Very expensive, wouldn’t mind if it was good, but the buffalo pizza was tasteless! Won’t come here again!

Best round pizza ever, we love their garlic knots also, especially when they are fresh. It is close to New York style as you’re going to get.

We stopped here on our way home on a long road trip and ordered a margherita pizza, calamari, side order of meatballs, garlic knots and chicken Parmesan platter for our family of five. Food was incredible! I thought we ordered way too much food but we ate everything. Definitely recommend. Wish we lived closer!

So we see good reviews and one of our coworkers actually recommended them so we all at the doctors office decided to go with them and place an order i ordered a grilled chicken panini sandwich asked the girl if it comes on panini bread she said yes lol this is not panini bread the mozzarella cheese is all over the foil not sandwich and mind you the sandwich is really cold then my other coworker order a turkey club sandwich they told they don’t have that when it’s clearly on there menu so anyway the guy talked her into getting this other sandwich called the god father there’s no meat what so ever on it literally like 2 pieces and a piece of cheese yeah never again would i or anyone here place and order from here again then i called to tell them what’s going on the owner like well the bakery was closed we could not get panini bread ummm the girl could have told me that so he says he will give me credit I’m like no can you please make this order over in a good way oh and wait they forgot my garlic parm fries i tell him that he like i just make your order and hangs up in my face how rude bad customer service and business i never do reviews but this really got me upset how do you have a business and expect people to come back and you treat them this way and do this I’m highly upset

Basilico’s is my family’s favorite restaurant. We even held our baby shower there! Not only is the staff friendly and accommodating, the food is fresh and extremely delicious. I absolutely love the chicken parm and we always get a pizza to share. Keep up the excellent work and thank you for existing!:)

Let me tell u about this Eggplant Delight pizza. This past Sunday I was in the mood for a pizza but didn’t know where I wanted to go for it or what kind I wanted. I eventually ended up deciding on basilico’s in Dickson city. I ordered this pizza. After waiting for just 25 minutes I went in and saw them cutting it up and finishing it. I couldn’t believe how BIG it was. I carried my pizza out to the car and took this picture before getting ready to drive home. My car smelt so wildly unbelievable though so I had to stop in a parking lot to take a bite. There was no way I was going to make it home without a taste. I couldn’t believe this pizza! I ended up eating a whole piece out of the trunk of my car like a little gremlin. The eggplant was cooked so perfectly and covered the majority of the pizza. It’s so hard to find good eggplant from a restaurant around here but the eggplant on this pizza was cooked so nicely! From now on when I’m in the mood for a pizza and able to take a little drive, I’m getting this pizza every time. Also, all of the staff were so kind. I don’t even wanna imagine a world without this pizza. Thanks!

We stopped by at lunch time not knowing what to expect. Looking at the pizza bar we settled on the vodka sauce pizza. Put into the oven for a few minutes, the pizza was wonderfully warm and tasty. Taking it to go was good on our part, as we still had a long ways to drive yet for the weekend. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly, but diligently at work.

There is a 3% charge on cards if used. If you don't like the idea of that, go eat some bland chain name pizza.

We will stop by again sometime for another pizza:)

The food there is pretty good and I was a regular customer but came today and they automatically put a tip on the bill we were a party of 8 they put a 20% tip on every separate bill the waitress said I only make $2.85 an hour okay so? That doesn’t mean you pick your tip we all work for a living I was asked to leave haha it’s fine horrible waitresses your all miserable

Customers, beware of your receipts. The establishment puts the gratuity on your order twice. It's included in the total as well as on the bottom for you to configure. Been there a few times and every waitress is just down right nasty.restaurant is in desperate need for money. Adding in your bill to use their credit card machine also. The manager (or owner) told us to not return to his restaurant. That won't be a problem for us. We'll be spreading the word to others to not go back as well.

Wow, what a disappointment. We use to love coming here. Tried it tonight after 15 years. Aweful. Frozen ingredients, overpriced. Horrible service. Go to Roseanne's in Dickson or Collarusos but don't go here.

$70 for very subpar pizza subpar chicken marsala and they forgot my salad. I was extremely disappointed with the pricing. And the guy was pretty rude. I suggest all the other beautiful pizzerias in any PA over this one all day.

This is usually my go-to place for lunch. Today I stopped for a slice of eggplant pizza ($5.25). The middle-aged man who waited on me put the slice in the oven and proceeded to talk/flirt with one of the workers. I waited longer than usual (I think he forgot about it) and when I got my slice it was dried out and burnt. I should have asked for another slice, but I was in a hurry and really didn't have the time to wait for another. Not sure if I'll go back.
